I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from Will's over the years and many of them have worked great. I do occasionally have problems with sizing and have to make exchanges and returns a few times. I have always found their customer service to be fast and above and beyond. Recently, in the midst of the lockdown I ordered two pairs of shoes. I waited longer almost 4 weeks as I figured that shipment would take much longer due to the pandemic. Finally, I emailed customer service to ask about the status. They promptly helped me and sent out another set as they felt that it had been too long. Unfortunately, when I did receive the shoes, they didn't fit! I was bummed, but I emailed them again and they helped me with sorting out the return despite the fact that the replacement package didn't have the normal DHL label or paperwork. To top it off, they reimbursed my costs to send the return back, even though it was hefty as I had to send them from Spain. All in all, despite the shoes not working for me this time around, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Very happy to support an ethical, vegan company such as Will's Vegan Shoes.

Excellent service ! My package was lost three times in transit and they responded immediately with a new delivery free of charge.
They were super friendly, kind and responding super fast.
I totally recommend it! And but the way the boots I brought are beautiful and first quality ❤️

Excellent company - high quality products with impeccable customer service. Free shipping and returns world wide so if you're not sure if they will fit it is low risk, ethical and environmentally friendly made with recycled products. I had a problem with the waterproof aspect with my boots and they sent a new pair right away at no charge! They asked me to give my other pair to a charity shop so as not to waste air miles. Amazing. I am so grateful that this wonderful business exists and I will be a lifelong returning customer. This is how a business should be run. Please support them.

The boots I bought were really good quality made in Europe in this case Italy not some Far East rubbish.
Have just ordered some clogs looking forward to receiving them will only be buying from Wills in the future now.

I just used Will's new vegan grocery service to make a delivery to France and was completely satisfied with it. The food and drink selection is quite good, the customer service was responsive and helpful, and the box arrived in a little less than two weeks in spite of the Covids and two French holidays within that time period.

Service is amazing, products are amazing! I just wish they had a store in Amsterdam. Really recommend this to not only vegan people!

I found Will's Vegan Shoes by accident but as I have been a vegan for nearly 40 years I was delighted to find a UK based shop with such a wide range of animal free products.

The website is extremely well laid out with a massive selection of superbly made vegan products, mostly clothing and shoes.

Buying through the website is very easy indeed and when I purchased some boots the process was simple and straightforward. I received several emails confirming my order and keeping me posted as the order was progressed. The boots arrived 2 days later in carbon zero packaging; all recyclable materials and no plastics at all. Wills Vegan Store offers free returns so had the boots not fitted it would have been easy and free to return them.

The boots were really superb quality throughout with a Vibram sole. Very impressed indeed. Incredibly comfortable too.

I had to contact Customer Services due to a minor problem with the boots and the staff I dealt with were friendly and extremely helpful. I received replies to my emails within half an hour on both occasions and cannot praise the service I received enough. Just brilliant.

If you are vegan and need a guaranteed animal and carbon free product this is the place to go.

I’ve ordered multiple pairs of shoes from WVS. The quality of their shoes are excellent. I’ve had one pair for 3 years of everyday use, and they are still in great condition overall. They also have excellent customer service, they stand by their products and are very customer focused. Really like this company and would recommend to anyone.

I am very,very happy with the customer support and how problems are handled fast and courteous in this company. A pair of shoes didn't fit me quite well, so I contacted the support if it would be possible to get a refund even though the purchase was some months back. They were very fast and nice in reply and I received the refund shortly after. To be honest, never had a problem handled so good as here.

The shoes in itself were of good quality and beautiful and I love the fact that they use paper packaging and no plastic. Overall really love there ethical stance and how they not only portray it in there products but also in the way they communicate with the customer. Will surely visit the shop again when I am in the need for shoes and 100% recommend this shop to my friends and to whoever reads this.

I ordered some Chelsea boots in November last year, and was super excited to have found some winter boots which are ethical and looked great too.

Sadly when they arrived they looked ok but were way too small, I am usually a size 40 and all of my other shoes are also a 40, so I tried these boots and wore them for about half a day (mainly around the house with a 2 minute trip to the shops) before deciding they were too painful so I should order a bigger size. After returning the boots I received an email that they were faulty and had 'wear marks' so couldn't be exchanged. I was a little confused at this as I had made sure there weren't any marks and explained this to the customer service person, however they explained they couldn't sell them on which I guess I could understand (although I did feel that those boots could have been sold on). I also mentioned that this may be a sizing issue but my comment was ignored. Instead I was told to try and stretch out the fabric which really wasn't very helpful as they also said the vegan fabric isn't as malleable as leather.

Anyway, I agreed for the boots to be sent back to me so perhaps I could gift them to my sister who was coming up from across the country to see me for christmas (she leaves in the south and I live in Scotland) and who is a smaller shoe size than I am.

However I then strangely received a pair of worn out men's shoes (!?) Which I obviously could not gift to my sister. In the time running up to Christmas I also did not have the time to go to the local library to print off a returns label and then to the (overcrowded) post office to send yet another parcel.

I did finally send them back, and I have now finally received the original boots (it is now the 10th of January) and I do not want to pay postage to send the shoes across the country to my sister. I can hardly see how this continuous posting can be 'eco friendly' either. So now I am left having paid almost £100 for winter boots which don't fit in the middle of winter. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this has taken so much time and money and I have gotten nothing out of it. At least an apology note could have been nice. Sadly won't be buying here again.

Update: Thank you Will for your response to this review and for the compensation/ full refund. I appreciate your help and for understanding where I'm coming from. I will hopefully be able to recommend your shoes in the future as I do really like the style and ethics behind your products. Excellent quality. The shoes (“waterproof chelsea boots”) are amazing. Arrived earlier than expected. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I've just ordered the shoes so I can't say much about the long-term quality but one word about the customer service: AWESOME! They sent the wrong shoes, which can happen. I contaced them on Thursday, got an answer after a few hours and got the right shoes on Monday! Considering the fact that the shoes were sent from the UK to Germany over the weekend, this is really, really fast! Thank you so much. Every shop can make mistakes, but the good ones handle the situation like Will's Vegan shoes. Would order again any time:-)

Fantastic shoes, my partner first purchased his nice dress shoes from Will's and absolutely loves them. Customer service was fantastic and shipping was a breeze, even after the first pair he ordered was too big. He recently purchased hiking boots, which I loved, so I ordered some too! Waiting on those and some casual boots, can't wait for them to arrive.

It would be nice to have more high-heeled boots though!

I bought a pair of chelsea boots two years ago. After wearing it for a month at the spring in the city, the sole started “falling apart”, you could see pieces of wood or whatever it was on the heel cracking off. I made a claim and got a new pair. After wearing them the following winter the sole was ok so i was happy, but when i took them out off the drawer this autumn, i found out that the little hanger loop at the back part of shoes was ripping off and the inner material was already broken with quite big hole (not through the shoe, but still!).
I claimed them and asked for getting money back, cause i have no more energy for this crap. Im honestly dissapointed cause i was happy i found really beautiful vegan shoes, but was burned twice.

I purchased some boots for my husband and they are an excellent finish with high quality materials. Price is very reasonable considering the love and attention that goes in to each shoe. Very happy customer here!

I have some WVS Sport Men's Hiking Boots.
They have done several filthy miles a day for a year along with the family dog, much of it in and out of the sea and weed and rocky shore.
These are among the best boots I've had in fifty years, particularity in water resistance.
I see the top lace hooks are showing some rust. There is a slight stress line where the upper meets the sole.
I brush the mud off with an outdoor broom or brush, otherwise I have cleaned them twice. Ok, once, I am about to clean them today which will make two times.
The soles are Vibram which is great for walking but not so grippy on wet rock. Maybe I need to scuff them up more.

They actually have a great look as hiking boots.

. My brutal feet and bad habits like bending the sole too far usually kill all footwear. Will's, if listening, well done to design and manufacture persons. Would you like these back as field engineering info? Swap you for some new ones ;-)
