I am normally so careful/check Trustpilot before ordering for whatever reason I didn’t this time .Wilson & Carter present themselves as a British,London company ,they are not,they are in China.
After two weeks my order was delivered ( I emailed to cancel the order when I realised my mistake but no luck !
Out of five items two are “ wearable “ the other three have gone in a charity bag & I actually feel bad for donating them ! Awful material ,terrible stitching & actually laughable .No point in sending back to China so BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

Ordered shoes for my son for his prom night. Wilson & Carter did have his unusual shoe size (15). However the order status had not changed to shipped after a week of ordering. I contacted the company and got a response that this size was not available. Trying to get a refund has proven impossible even after multiple emails. Unable to deliver on the order = refund in my book but this company is of the opinion that you should just order something else instead. They are not based in london but China and their customer service is nonexistent. Avoid at any cost.

OMG I have never seen such tat in my whole life! What an absolute joke. Zara dress is see through, glittery, badly stitched and looks like something Elsa would wear in Frozen x give me a laugh if anything. Might as well just burn your money than use this company. Absolute scam and please avoid at all costs. The dress will be put in the charity shop for a little girl who wants to be a Disney princess x WTAF?!!!!

Suit received incorrect colour. Material very cheap and looks like put together by children. Ordered XXL but more like small. Having seen other reviews I find it hard to believe Trading standards are not involved. One star is too much, a pathetic company.

Total scam. Don’t be fooled by what they say on their website. It is all a farce. Cheap rubbish which doesn’t resemble the photos. Virtually impossible to return. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered.
Should be reported to Trading Standards for false information on their website.

Terrible quality and rip off prices. Plus lengthy delivery time. Will not use again!!
Ordered on 27th June arrived 4th July. A flimsy piece of polyester for a shirt that was advertised as original
Price being £99.95 and sold at £39.95. I would pay no more than £10. Terrible!

I ordered two dresses from this company totaling £60.00 They are nothing like the description. The material is very cheap.

I couldn't believe it when I opened the parcel. It was a total shock.

I am about to start a return with trepidation looking at previous reviews.

Scam company.

Company is not based in London. Financial transactions are made through Warsaw Poland.

Lloyds bank have stopped authorising Credit Card payments by all their customers to this company due to the exceptionally high number of disputes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Very likely a scam. Product looked nothing like advertised. Incredibly poor quality and bad fit then customer service awful. Had to do chargeback through bank to get refund.

What I have received bears no resemblance to the pictures and is so cheap looking and the material is shocking. I have learned a lesson, always look at the reviews!! Fake rubbish!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Took 2 weeks to come, terrible fabric and nothing even remotely like the photos. Apparently virtually impossible to return item. Do not buy anything from them. No wonder they do not invite reviews. Looks like a reputable company but absolute scam. Just wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

The quality of the dress was appalling and not how it was shown in the photos.
I am trying to get a full refund but it is proving almost impossible with return costs to an international destination, despite it being sent from London.
I wish I had researched this company before purchasing my item.

Awful company. False advertising of products. Ordered two dresses which were listed as a linen/ cotton blend, both in reality polyester. Cheap goods with poor fitting.
Be aware of their hassle free returns promise.It’s a nightmare. They charge you for returns, costing you more than the item itself. BEWARE! Wish I had read reviews before buying from them.

Scam Company. Wish I had checked other reviews first. Like others the product does not match the description. Cheap rubbish. They refuse to refund and instead offer derisory amounts (10%) plus 25 % voucher).
Presumably they want to fill your house and the world landfills with crap?
Gave up dealing with them and in process of trying to get refund from MasterCard. I cannot imagine why credit card companies offer to even service scammers like this. Oh, I remember, they make money too..

Please don’t waste your money buying anything from this company. Like other reviewers I’ve received an extremely low quality item that I’ll never wear. I contacted them to arrange a return and they offer a paltry 10% money back, this I refused and then was offered 20% money back or a 100% off another item as returns are so costly. They clearly lie on their website. AVOID at all costs!

Unsatisfactory products. Wanting to charge upwards of £40 for a return. Unwilling to reveal their address to make a return. Offering discount on your next order, as if you would dream of placing one again. Customer service appalling.

Do not order from these guys.... Absolutely diabolical clothing from what I received to what I ordered... Different colour.. different material... the difference is unreal.. false advertising... I wish I read the reviews first.. how these are aloud to do this to people is criminal

I ordered a dress and waited over2 weeks for it to arrive, even though it was reported to be ready for shipment the day after ordering. It was too small and,given that the site said refunds given in full, when I requested instructions for returning the item I was told that I could order it in the right size and keep the other one! I told them that it didn't suit me I was offered 10% refund and a voucher. I replied that I just wanted return it and get full refund as advertised. I was told the shipping cost would be about 30 dollars so it was better if I took 20% refund and 100% voucher and keep the dress!!
The only good thing was the quick and polite email replies.

Complete scam. Deserve no stars. Takes ages to come as coming from Asia, very very poor quality, even colour was awful. Tried to return but they want £40-50 to cover shipping when the dress was £39 so no point.Fake sales, none of the items are worth full price. When they email you back they offer a little bit more each time- likely a bot. Completely misleading and definitely not from LONDON!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Not even worth the one star. Avoid at all costs this is clearly a scam. The garments are nothing like the advertisements, they are cheap, poorly made and attempting to return the item is a joke.

They are not UK based never mind London. AVOID
