Josh was incredibly attentive and made me feel like a priority and not just another sale.
The whole team that I met whilst in purchasing couldn't have been nicer and made what was a bit of a nervous experience a very enjoyable one

Served by a gentleman called Raggi, excellent customer service. Very pleasant and helpful.

The sales representative was very helpful. He listened to all our worries about driving a different car and allowed us time to do think about what we were doing
We had a number of test drives before purchasing a car. There was no pressure.

Originally bought my car from Wilson & Co in Scunthorpe which has now been rebranded to Drayton Motors. I had a service plan which covered my annual service + MOT.
However I was informed that I urgently required new brake discs to pass the MOT which cost £399.32
In hindsight I should have had the discs fitted elsewhere at a considerably cheaper price. No complaint regarding the quality of work but I am now regretting that I agreed to the outrageous cost.
Total ripoff and having obtained a dozen quotes from elsewhere all at least £100 cheaper, I shall not be using their service department again. In conclusion I strongly recommend that others look elsewhere for much cheaper quotes.

Ryan and Stacey went above and beyond for me . overall the experience was great! highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

The dealer failed to make a payment in accordance with the early settlement quote. After an initial complaint a refund was agreed on the 13th March, 1 month post this date and despite chaser contact no payment has been forthcoming and Court action appears likely.

The sales people Gamze and her manager Paul were great! Since buying the car a couple of faults emerged and they delivered me a courtesy car to my work place whilst they dealt with the issues on my car.

I spoke to Paul in the parts department at Wilson’s Grimsby. I think his surname is Greenway.
I have been after a part via my Mechanic for approximately six months who kept saying that it was on backorder or not available. Having spoke to Paul he took the time and effort to look in the back and through parts that had been there awhile. He actually found an old one in the back and quoted me the same price for the actuator even though it had vents with it I think because it had been there awhile. I would give him 10 out of 10 for Service and this will encourage me to come directly to Wilson’s in future.

Recently passed my driving test and was finding the process of finding my first car really overwhelming. I was under the impression that purchasing a car from a Vauxhall approved dealership, was the smartest and most trustworthy option.
I visited this dealership to view a car, discussed finance options/monthly payments and even agreed to go above my original budget. After being chased for my decision about the vehicle, I placed a £600 deposit to secure it. Days later, I was then informed that the car actually required over £4,500 worth of work. Repairs that the dealership has no intention of paying for.
To follow this, I then had to go out of my way to ask what this meant for my finance check. I was told that a hard search had already been processed which has now left a mark on my credit file, with no car to show for it.
I do have to note, the salesperson I was working with has been very apologetic and has done their best to find me alternative vehicles so this is by no means aimed at them.
However, it is completely unacceptable for a dealership to advertise vehicles, allow customers to view them, discuss finance and even take substantial deposits on cars that are apparently not roadworthy or require thousands of pounds in undisclosed repairs.
As a young woman purchasing her first car, I feel this dealership is exactly what everyone warns you to avoid. I will not be using their services again nor would I recommend to anyone else.

Well its been a while since my last review.

Always get well looked after by reception staff & Garage..

The Sales exec was very polite and friendly, he made the process easy and he was not pushy. There was a small problem with the car, when I came to collect it, but it was soon sorted with no fuss. The cars were competitively priced.

I have bought from Wilson's for many years now, best dealership in the area as far as I'm concerned.

Not impressed at all with Wilson & Co Bolton, booked my Ssang Yong in for a diagnostic assessment, which I had to wait 2 weeks for (and which was going to cost £180, just for the diagnosis) then on the morning of the appointment (today) they called to cancel due to sickness. I do not live nearby so have booked the day off work, as they told me the appointment could take up to 4 hours. To add insult to injury the next available appointment they offered me was 19 March - today is 18 Feb!! There is a problem with my car, hence booking the diagnostic in the first place, I can't wait another month when it could break down any time! Useless, going elsewhere, they may be my nearest KGM specialist but they are not specialists in customer service.

If I could give zero start I would! My car has been with them for 5 days now after failing MOT. I approved the work same day (Wednesday), was told that the parts will arrive the next day and that I will get my car either on Thursday or Friday. By Friday afternoon i had not heard anything and when i called I was told it would now be on Saturday or Monday! I still waited until Monday and called after lunchtime and was told that they are busy and have not even gotten my car into the workshop, and that the earliest I will get the car is on Wednesday! I kept asking for an explanation as to why my car hasn't gone into the garage since it was supposed to be done the previous week like they said, but the guy kept repeating the same thing over and over like a bot "the earliest you can get it is on Wednesday" but hanging up on me! Terrible customer service and taking their customers for granted. No courtesy car, telling lies about the status of your car and doing so rudely! This is just the beginning...I'm going to do all within my powers to get them to pay for the damages they have cost me.

I always use the same sales person Raggi, we have a laugh and have a lot of respect for each other. He jokes with my hubby about the football and he knows what we look for in a car and we trust his judgement. He is very knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to find exactly what we want. The rest of the team at Wilson & co Scunthorpe are very friendly and helpful. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Great service guys!
