My New forever 🚗

My experience was really good, Stacey the Sales Executive was very helpful and talked me through everything that I needed to know. She was polite and friendly showed me round the car i wanted and I went for a test drive. Would definitely recommend Wilson and Co.

The experience at Wilson & Co…

The experience at Wilson & Co Scunthorpe was great. They had a fantastic selection of cars on display which clearly stated the price and had qr codes so you could access further information. I was approached quickly in a friendly manner and did not feel pressured in any way. Raggi was a super salesman who was efficient and helpful throughout the purchasing process. He had a great knowledge of the car, warranties, servicing and optional extras. I was also able to take the car home the same day which was amazing. I also loved the personalised video message after my purchase.

Wilson &Co Scunthorpe!

When I wanted a new car having looked around I went to Wilson & Co. My experience at Wilson & Co Scunthorpe was cracking because Raggi Singh arranged a test drive for me and when I asked him to find me a suitable vehicle he did so. There was no pressure no excessive selling he simply explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle and managed to find one that exactly matched what I wanted. I felt that he was really helpful. All the warranty and possible cover was explained very well and I had time to think about what I wanted. I am delighted with the car.I also feel that should I have any issues I can easily contact Raggi for advice so all in all a great experience. So I have been driving my Mokka now for a couple months and I have to say it doesn't disappoint. It's a super smooth drive plenty poke when I need it and feels pretty quality inside. Last week I spotted a small shark inscribed on the coin area! There's a story behind that !

The vehicle I purchased was a used van…

The vehicle I purchased was a used van and almost new in condition. We were highly delighted when we collected it and the whole sales process. One small negative. The valet slightly let down the experience, it looked as though it had been rushed and some of the polish hadn’t been removed.

Great service

Apart from the finance broker company having a few hiccups the whole process was relatively fast. Mustafa got me on the road quickly he rang back when he said he would and kept in touch

Defective car and poor communication with wilson and co.

Bought a car that is not even 3 years old. Was supposed to have been serviced in March less than 24 hours later I had a major oil leak. Multiple other issues as well. Took out extended warranty and service plan which I want to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period and despite phone calls and online chat messages no response. I will NOT be buying a car from them ever again

They take your money then never answer your calls

Stay clear of this company!!! Bought a car back in January. Was promised a spare key and FSH to be sent shortly after receiving the car. But once I paid, the service went from great to shocking. All promises were refused and when I tried to contact them (many many times) they never got back to me. There is nothing worse than a company that breaks promises once you've paid. I paid £10k for a car, but they weren't willing to pay the £250 for the key despite their promises beforehand. I even advised them that I would write this review if they didn't at least get back to me. Ignored. Terrible service.

Sold ex-salvage vehicle worth significantly less

Response: I was sold a vehicle that was ex salvage Jason. Whether it has cosmetic damage or not it was agreed that the vehicle would be bought back at a price that reflected it's value minus the salvage marker. I'll look forward to taking money back from you and warn everyone about your business.

Was sold a 68 plate Astra in 2020 at market value which was HPI clear. Upon trying to sell it online 4 years later I was notified that the car is ex-salvage and so not worth anywhere near what it should have been. The car has only had 1 previous owner so it's incredibly unlikely that Wilson & Co. couldn't have known about it. Went back to the garage to try and sort it out, spoke to Darren who suggested they would buy it back at market value. Drove from Leeds to Scunthorpe for a sales manager to tell me it had too many scratches and they didn't want it. Webuy valued the car at £5800 in that exact condition until they found the salvage marker which took it down to £2500. In the process of finalising the small claims court application. Have a copy of all correspondence right back to the first interactions. Essentially lost over 3K thanks to them.

Do not buy from Wilson and co. If you do, pay for a full V check as they sell ex-salvage.
