Wilson amazing customer service by Michelle
Michelle Rope, the manager of Wilson self storage was extremely attending, patient and super professional from my first call with her and did everything possible to give me the best storage unit with the value for the payment. She has explained to me every detail I couldn't understand and more than that showed me the options I have for my belongings and how to store them using their equipment such as lifts and a massive trolley.
She even looked after me and landed me a Lock for my unit plus assuring me that my items will be safe having CCTV cameras system 24/7. She gave me every document as a copy to keep and just allowed me to take my time putting My items into storage.
They have a massive sale going on with 50 precent off your first month!! I highly recommend to use Wilson storage also for their knowledge of where to cut my keys ECT..

Making difficult times that little bit easier
Michelle at Picton has been beyond helpful. She's done so much to make things easier for me during a really difficult time. On top of that, my storage unit has been perfect and they had everything i needed (boxes, tape etc) right there in their office. Thanks!

Excellent, friendly service
Outstanding customer service given by Michelle, the Facility Manager at Wilson Storage Picton. She went out of her way to assist my colleague and I as we had flown in from W.A. to clear our storage shed and were on a quick timeframe. Michelle is an absolute asset to the company. Thank you!

The unit at Picton was reasonably new, clean and weatherproof. Excellent security and accessibility. Compliments to managers Janelle and Michelle, who were very friendly and gave us invaluable advice.
The only negative - a bit pricey.
