impossible to make an account, entering my details to create account returns me to the login page, when i try to login with my details it says unable to recognize, i have tried 3 different emails and nothing, impossible to purchase from this website

Hi genna, sorry to hear you have had an issue. as I stated on the 20th august you haven't ticked the box to create an account, you have checked out as a guest. The order you placed you never completed (this would create your account) as you never paid for the items hence you never asking me for a refund. also within that email I offered to create the account for you, I also showed you the discount code had been applied when you stated it hadn't. as Im sure you can see we have done everything possible to help you with the order, I did also give you my mobile number to contact me if you ever needed anything
