Order from Argos delivered. Parts missing. Contacted Argos. They contacted Wilton bradley stating that I required parts to build. Email response to say they need detailed info what is missing, photograph's and a video. They state I must organise a courier to take goods back for a refund which can take up to 14 days..................... Also arrivved days later than promised.
It tells you a lot about a company when you write to the CEO -Tony Bradley - with a complaint about Lay Z Spa customer service and he doesn't have the courtesy to even reply. I had a problem getting spares from them so phoned round several of their retailers. Not one had a good word to say about them.
I bought through amazon over a month ago parcel never arrived emailed 4 times! With generic reply (we'll get back to you, but very busy) no goods and lost my money! What a dreadful company with awful customer service. you only have to read reviews to see they are clearly no more than a bunch of thieves! Not giving anyone thier money back!
Bought an item on Amazon Prime, 2 weeks later nothing but possibly lost in post. Takes forever to get through to customer service and all I get is “you need to speak to Amazon”. Amazon say they have raised issue with Tii Brands. Go back to Tii brands and am told yes we will refund you within 7 days. They claim on website to have 5 star Trustpilot rating across the group. 9% of review for Tii Brands on Amazon are 1 star mostly due to failure to deliver so I would have thought this would have bought the average down. Tii Brands are completely shambolic and if they keep 9% of revenue for 3 weeks it is really just a scam for cash flow.
Same poor service as other people who have posted here. Bought a wetsuit on Amazon but sizing is much too small so I returned it (confirmed by Royal Mail). No acknowledgement by WB Brands of the return or refund status.
Today I called the WB Amazon Dispatch line to try and find out the status of the return. They won't discuss it with me because my husband's name is on the Amazon account. I was going to order a larger size but won't bother, now. They still have my money.
Sent goods back unopened. No correspondence and still no refund. Have proof of their receipt. Opened a PayPal dispute to try get my money back. Buyers beware!!
If I could give 0 stars I would
I purchased an item from Wilton Bradley via Decathlon. I have returned the item as it had already been opened and then resealed several times which I wasn't happy about.
The evri tracking says the seller received the returned item on 6th January. It is now 18th January and I have had zero correspondence from Wilton Bradley to say they have received it, no sign of a refund and no reply or even acknowledgement of the email I have sent them asking what is going on.
Poor quality items, and even worse customer service! WHERE IS MY REFUND?!
After trying to return an electric motorbike purchased from argos but supplied by wilton Bradley i still have the bike 2 months after ordering it it was 3 weeks late being delivered and I have had to wait 28 hours in my home for a courier that has never shown in late December. Ridiculous customer service, and they don't hold any accountability whatsoever. Would highly recommend any company looking for a supplier to look elsewhere unless they want to be dealing with unsatisfied customers
*** BUYERS BEWARE ***
Placed an order of nearly £2000, The items were abandoned outside my property (apparently) no card left through the door, no signature, no neighbours contacted (four of which were home within 20 paces of my front door…)
Lay-z-Spa, after a month of back and forth and them taking payment after I asked for the supposedly delivered order to be cancelled; agreed in writing to do a refund. Didn’t happen so I chased it. They confirmed some details and again in writing confirmed that they would do the refund. To this day still no refund. I am £2000 out of pocket and have no spa!
Beware - APALLING customer service!!!
* Proof of correspondence available *
Edit: I requested copies of all correspondence and voice recordings of the calls with them receiving this reply:

No Data, no refund and they ignore any correspondence from me.
