Inactive EM1 product

Purchased EM1 microbial inoculant to ferment food waste. All ferments failed leading me to think the EM1 was out of date and possibly inactive. I've bought from here before and not had issues. I'm experienced in this process have checks and balances in place and very fairly have failures. But every ferment (bokashi) that I did with this batch failed. I responded to their automated review process but no response. Emailed to no avail. Just a response would have been nice but no communication.
