I had a fantastic experience at the Wimpole Clinic from start to finish. The team really looked after me and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process.

My doctor, Dr. Peter Barron, was excellent — professional, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. I was also supported by Patient Advisor Husnain, who was incredibly helpful and attentive every step of the way.

The day of the procedure went smoothly without any issues, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, the results have been amazing. There’s a noticeable improvement in my hair, and I feel so much more confident. Styling my hair is easier, and the difference is genuinely life-changing.

I’m extremely impressed with the Wimpole Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone considering treatment.

From my first enquiry, through the procedure, and throughout my recovery, the service delivered by the Wimpole Clinic was exceptional.

Pre- and post-surgery, Simone guided me through preparation, care, expectations, and anything else that I had a question on. He seemed to be available at all times and I don't recall a single occasion on which I had to wait any length of time for a comprehensive response from him, no matter the subject.

Similarly, Dr. Correia and his team were fantastic. Professional, skilled, quick, and obviously adept at working together. They did a great job of putting me at my ease and ensuring my comfort throughout the six hours of the procedure.

Overall, a great experience from a clinic and staff that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Marie was absolutely wonderful and professional and explained everything about the procedure thoroughly. The rest of the team was also great and everything went super smoothly, including the aftercare.

Excellent service all round

The advertising may look great, especially with celebrity endorsements, but the results don’t always match the promise. I had a hair transplant with them on Wednesday, 24th November 2021, and four years later, the outcome has been very disappointing.

This was my second transplant—the first, done with another company on the front of my hairline, was excellent. Unfortunately, my experience this time with Wimpole has been the complete opposite. The crown and top of my head now look very poor.

I did return to discuss my concerns, but I was simply told that I’m going bald and that the transplant area is visible. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with the results.

I was super happy with the help I received from Marie-Royce Book concerning my hair . About three weeks ago a massive bald patch appeared at the top of my head , you can imagine what that does to a woman.
I have been having health issues and this pretty much top it for me.
Marie was amazing though, she is a senior trichologist, and from the moment I walk into her clinic , I felt at ease , she has a calming energy. She ask me lots of questions , mapped exactly when and why this happened to me, showed me my follicles were still alive, honestly that was such a relieve. She also advised me on what next to do, took me step by step into the plan needed to get my hair back , I am going for polynucleotide injections with her on my next visit, she was very thorough with me and told me also to get referred to a dermatologist asap, she literally spots things before anyone else does, I am so happy that my hair journey back will be in the care of Marie-Royce, she is awesome :)

I honestly can’t thank Marie-Royce Book senior trichologist enough for what she’s done for me. After struggling with my hair and scalp for quite a while, finding her at Wimpole Clinic has been such a turning point.

From the moment I met her, I felt completely understood. She really listened to my concerns and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Her knowledge is incredible, but what makes her stand out is how genuinely caring and invested she is in getting you the best results.

I’ve now had three polynucleotide treatments with her, and the difference is amazing. My hair feels stronger, healthier, and fuller, and my scalp just feels so much better overall. I catch myself noticing the improvement all the time—it’s given me a real boost in confidence.

What I appreciated most is how supported I felt throughout the whole process. Marie-Royce checks in, explains everything clearly, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their progress.

If you’re feeling unsure or nervous about treatment, I completely get it—I was the same. But putting my trust in Marie-Royce was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Well what can I say, the experience I’ve had from the start has been second to none. I started my journey with a late phone call from Simone taking out his evening to explain all the details going forward, how everything works and what would happen. No pressure, just care and facts. Before my operation Simone was still there to reassure me and to make sure I’ve got everything prepped for my consultation. When meeting with KJ in Leeds I felt even more in great safe hands, again speaking through in detail about the whole process. When arriving in Manchester I felt at ease with Dr Meena and the team, getting straight on with the day no hassle. My local consultant KJ and a familiar face was there to greet me and make sure I’m feeling ready. The operation went successfully! Lunch was provided for myself and constant checking in feeling okay. After the operation Simone called to touch base about the whole day, along with post op instructions. Everyday since my operation Simone is there making sure the healing is maintained and again detailed post operation instructions. Knowing have someone to message or call at any time is amazing especially. As complex as the process is, my whole journey has been extremely easy. The journey is still not over but I know I’m still going to be in safe hands! Thank you, Simone, KJ, Dr Meena and the team and also Wimpole.

From the outset, Elise was exceptional. She guided me through the entire process, handled all the arrangements, and made everything feel clear, straightforward, and well organised. Her communication was consistent, reassuring, and professional throughout, both before and after the procedure. She genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, and that level of support made a real difference.

On the day itself, Dr Barron and his team were highly professional and immediately put me at ease. The care, attention to detail, and overall standard of the clinic were exactly what you would hope for.

It was obvious from the start they were experts. Speaking with the consultant was helpful and the procedure on the day went exactly as they planned.

I had my transplant at Harley Street Clinic and the experience was absolutely amazing.
I was worried at the start how I would look post surgery, and the journey ahead with the hair would growth etc, well this part of the journey I have yet to go through but what I can say is that the staff at Wimpole gave me great assurance that built my confidence for the journey.
Im just at day 5 now after surgery and things are great, from the consultation at the start with Husnain, right through the treatment the team have been so professional, I had Billie and Dr Malkani doing my surgery, they were just great and went the extra mile covering my crown which I wasn't expecting to be able to get done, their personalities, professionalism and attention to detail was just outstanding, they talked to me and explained the treatment they were doing throughout the day and were just great people! I am over the moon with the results, I can't thank them enough. Ive been getting messages every day since surgery from Husnain reminding me about what I have to do each day to support the new growth etc.
If you are considering a transplant please go and speak to these people, you will not be disappointed.

I had my FUE hair transplant at The Wimpole Clinic in Manchester on 20 March 2026, and I honestly can’t praise the team enough.

From start to finish, KJ, Dr Meena, and Krish were absolutely brilliant. I have XLRP (a degenerative eye condition), so getting around safely can sometimes be a challenge, but they were all incredibly understanding, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They made sure I felt comfortable, supported, and looked after at every stage.

KJ was fantastic from the very beginning, friendly, reassuring, and genuinely caring. I’d also seen a comment mentioning his choice of clothing as a negative, but speaking from my own experience, that couldn’t have mattered less. His appearance was never an issue for us at all, what mattered was how professional, kind, and supportive he was, and he was excellent throughout.

Dr Meena was amazing as my surgeon, calm, skilled, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. She made me feel completely at ease, and I’m so grateful for how well she looked after me. Wishing her all the very best as she starts her maternity leave.

Krish and the rest of the team were also fantastic, warm, attentive, and professional from beginning to end. It honestly felt like I was in very safe hands the whole time.

Also, apologies for me falling asleep a few times during the surgery! 😂 I’ll take that as a sign of how comfortable and relaxed you made me feel!

I’m now 9 days post-op and, so far I’m really happy with the result. I was also given a very helpful aftercare pack along with clear instructions, which made everything easy to follow and has given me real confidence during recovery. Everything seems to be healing well, and I’m very pleased with how things are looking already.

I had researched the most respected London Clinics that offer eyebrow transplants but my apprehension about making the right choice and the procedure were quickly overcome following a consultation with Marie. I felt listened to and understood and Marie’s experience both personal and professional helped me to make an informed decision with the confidence to move forward.
On the day of surgery Marie was present all day at various points which provided much reassurance and continuity. Dr Moussa was excellent and my decision to choose him as my surgeon and clinical lead was entirely validated. I have to give credit to the technicians for their care and attention throughout the procedure, which is very exacting work and thankfully they are perfectionists at what they do.
It was a real team effort from everyone including the reception staff on arrival and the standard of care and compassion from everyone on the day was exceptional. It’s early days but I have much to be hopeful about as I start my recovery.

I had been thinking about getting a hair transplant for a while. With a gentle push from my wife, I made an appointment with Adam who explained the process. I was impressed by the professional approach and never felt pressured.
The appointment was a great experience. The nurses were wonderful and the surgeon outstanding.
The follow-up was very helpful and supportive.
I am now looking forward to seeing the results in a few months.

Everything was really well organised and went smoothly. The whole team are lovely individuals and were really caring and skilled at what they do. Could not recommend them enough!

It’s weird from beginning to end. You first meet with a sales rep, not the surgeon. The sales rep then began to send me affiliate links on a “better place to get topical finasteride”. I was not sent a formal plan, which donor areas will be used, how the hairline will be constructed. Just a completely random quote for the same number of grafts my friend had, but a totally different price point. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. How anyone feels comfortable having surgery here is a mystery.

I contacted Wimpole feeling self confident about my receding hairline. I met with Adam who was very thorough, explained the process and answered all my questions. My procedure was with Dr Thomas in Birmingham just over a year ago now, I’m very pleased with my new hairline and the overall process. Highly recommend.
