Software applicability when apply
1. When software download, it does not let user decide whch email account is assocaited with the license purchased. it just used the current users
2. Multiple activations required for each software for MS office, it should be just one license for the whole 365 suite

Windows Office 2024 could not be activated, too many activations
A Windows Office 2024 key was purchased on 28/11/2025, but it could not be activated (too many activations). Several attempts to get in touch were unsuccessful, both via email and the contact form.
As of today, 12/02/2026, there has not been a single response.
Not recommended!
UPDATE: After the negative review, I received a quick and friendly response, and they helped me to activate my product properly.

Office 2024 was easy
Office 2024 was easy. All good.
The windows 11 upgrade was not successful. I contacted customer service a few times and they were very helpful with 3 or 4 solutions but none were successful so I decided not to install the windows update.
Still happy with what has worked.
