Great product, great support, web site a little glitchy.
At first I was going to give a low rating because I did not receive any installation instructions. But then I discovered that it was there on the website and it was my fault. At that point it all went smoothly. You might consider putting the instructions more up front, right in the buyer's face! What really impressed me was the very prompt responses from the support staff whenever I was confused or having trouble. There is only one negative comment regarding the web site. I wasted a lot of time trying to pay with a credit card and I never figured out what the problem was; I kept getting an error message that I had to use only the alphabet and numbers. Maybe the / in the expiration date of my card? I switched my method to PayPal and it went through without a hitch.

Your instructions are clear and…
Your instructions are clear and concise. Getting the download from Microsoft took an extended amount of time. Once I finely was able to get it on my new computer is seems to be working for Word and Excel. I must select the each item in the Office suite to activate it. I am very happy with the price and performance of my applications.

The customer service response was prompt and almost immediate. Technical support was also immediate and professional in resolving my difficulty installing the product. The assistance was provided through remote access to my computer, which required a leap of faith and trust on my part that my data would remain safe. Everything was completed within minutes. Very impressive.

First and foremost, they follow thru with what they say they will do. They are kind, understanding and the very best in their field. I was having an issue upgrading from 11 Home to 11 Pro. They offered a session for one of their techs to connect to my laptop and fix the issue. It took a total of 5 minutes to correct the issue and most of that was a reboot. They stand behind what they sell 100%!

The products were very inexpensive
The products were very inexpensive, but are authentic! Windows installed in the new build with ease and works great! Office is for PC only, not for 365, so be aware of that. While figuring that out, I had the pleasure of working with the greatest customer service I have worked with in years. Email response within minutes, 24 hours a day! Great group and product! I will buy from them again next time I need their products
