Hello, after my trustpilot review posted on 11/11/25 about your betting company sent by BOGUSLAW SIDOROWICZ, you have asked me to contact your customer services department to explain my comments.
I am pleased to be able to provide an explanation for my actions.
1/ On opening my account (£30 deposit) I was promised 100% bonus + 100FS on 1st deposit- I complained to your staff on the chatline and was eventually credited with 15 FS NO 100% bonus
2/ On 10/11/25 I had £118 credit in my account- I played approx. 400 spins without a single win or bonus! I sent a chatline message to Grace complaining about my disgusting experience- no help or action was received.
3/ I deposited another £20 as my 2nd promotion- 50% bonus + 100FS. I actually received only 60FS (3 x 20FS)- where are my remaining 40FS?
I am reluctant to deposit any amount for my 3rd promotion (100% bonus + 100FS) as I DO NOT trust your company!!! Now I hope you understand my predicament and behaviour in sending the negative review on Trustpilot?
I wanted to recommend Winbet.com to my betting colleagues but do not feel it a sensible decision!
