Ordered school books that were taking…

Ordered school books that were taking way too long to arrive (over 2 months). Got them from a different supplier and cancelled the order. Used the school bonus voucher and expected it to be refunded. This still hasn't happened and every time I call I get told that it will be escalated to team leaders or the back to school team. Was promised a call back today not heard so have called them and get the response above! Will never use this company again. Just want my refund!

Typical American background

Typical American background. More focussed on numbers & $, than people & environment. Its easy for companies to tick all the boxes to appease the public. They aleady have a warehouse in Sydney fully operated by robots.

Do yourself and favour and learn from my painful experience: Do NOT deal with these stooges. There's a million other stationery stores. if you don't believe me, then read all the other reviews

School starting and no books from you guys

Ordered books online last December 15 and up to now I have not received anything. I tried ringing but no one is answering. My wife message you guys on fb and found out that there is no guarantee that books will arrive before the school starts. We decided to buys books from your local store here in Willeton and in Osborne Park and message you guys to cancel our online order. Can you pls give me my money back?
