The experience was great, but it didn’t work

The overall experience was great, everything was smooth and easy. My rating is 4 stars however, because even though I received a code (it was a Windows 11 pro key) I did not manage to activate windows with it, no matter what I tried. In the end I gave up and activated windows otherwise.

Great prices but installation media not downloadable

Great prices but I need installation media which I was told would be downloadable.
Nearly a week after paying and lots of message and screenshots to 'Happy' in support, I still haven't got an answer to 'Will you provide media or won't you'.
All I've got is advice to use evaluation media (which can't be used for my in-place upgrade - easy to confirm using Google but 'Happy' still needs screenshots which he/she then ignores.
