Solid rope , and sent in a no fuss manner!

Easy to understand website, and rope flows well for a beginner level like me!

Their heavy ropes are an absolute joy to use and really ignites the spinal engine, even if just performing the figure 8 nothing stimulates this body pattern better than Winding Ropes Heavy Sharks.
All their ropes are of high quality and have stitching on the end (a nice personal touch) they also come in a great little canvas bag for storage.
All the ropes are silky smooth, highly pliable, durable and flow effortlessly.
The Pararopes are a brilliant idea a mace on a rope essentially and are a real blast to use.
The heavier ropes for me have made real benefits and are now a staple in my training, plus it just feels so good to swing a heavy ass rope, I hope they never stop making them.

Excellent quality rope, a nice weight, good handling, pricey (incurred import duty) but definitely better quality and performance than my DIY versions. Great after-service: the supplier quickly replaced a too-short rope at zero cost, and also offered a custom handle/knot. On reflection, as a tall person (187 cm), I would pay more for a slightly longer rope with the option to tie the knots myself, so the length can be fine-tuned.

The weight of the rope is perfect for strengthening my grips and the momentum of the swing gives me an even better stretch for my shoulder joints!

Winding Ropes is a friendly brand with excellent flow ropes. I own some of their standard (Neon Green, The OG) and heavy ropes (1 kg and 1.5 kg sharks), as well as rope clubs and the pararope.

The OG has become my main and favourite rope. The feedback and weight of this rope are just perfect for everyday practice.

Working with the sharks (heavy ropes) has been immensely helpful in refining my technique and timing. WR and Pablo’s videos were helpful for understanding how to roll these ropes safely and make the most of the practice.

All of the ropes are well made and durable. Despite taking daily beating on unforgiving surfaces for 6 months, the ropes are still in good condition.

All in all, I highly recommend the brand and their ropes!
