I started the 2nd phase of my windows. The sales man that came out was great. He went above and beyond to make me happy. Then I requested the same company that came out last time. They came before start time. I forgot and wasent expecting them. We were scrambling to get my daughter dressed for school my wife took my daughter to school I didn't even know they removed all the windows and installed them and left. I never knew they were done and gone. Not a trace of them being there except the new windows. That install crew is unbelievable. Very professional and quality workmanship. I got 1 more phase to go and I look forward to that crew 1 last time. Thank you

I paid for a complete replacement of exterior trim along with ten new windows. Came to find that they were "covering" existing trim with Aluminum. Not what I paid for, and it looks like shit. Some of the aluminum isn't even glued on like it should be causing lack of seal and razor-sharp edges. Sounded like a simple miscommunication in what the job entailed between window nation and sub contractor (I was told window nation does not use day workers, that they were Window Nation employees and a "white glove" service. The two workers left blue tape all over my bathroom ceiling and didn't finish the job as "it was getting dark, and they were already a day over schedule".
There are also cracks in the frame on the inside of two windows, and the drip cap was not replaced on several. I was told this was part of the job. The drip caps that were replaced were not covered by shingles resulting in large gaps where water can enter.
I paid MUCH more for Window Nation due to financing, warranty, and the false assumption they would do a better job than the several local contractors I had quote the job. I am paying for this mistake.
Jeremy, the design consultant, has been very helpful and communication has been great. He said he would see how much he covered for exterior trim and make it right. I am counting on him to do this, either via a partial refund, or replacing the exterior trim entirely.

This has been a great experience. We love the windows. The few issues we had were immediately addressed by Randy Buck. It was a pleasure working with him. Everyone we talked to were very knowledgeable and helpful. Junior, who installed the windows, was great also. We highly recommend Window nation.

Tech that came out was courteous, knowledgeable, and performed the fix in a quick and timely manner. Our slider was hard to open and close, and he fixed it and even asked if we wanted him to clean the tracks out so that it would work better.

The two gentlemen on the crew immediately became our friends. They arrived in the early morning and worked until late in the afternoon. They planned well, worked diligently. All of the removed windows were stacked at the truck, leaving their work area super clean. When the old windows were stripped, the new windows came down together and accurately installed one, by one ... one man on each side of the house. When one finished early, he started forming the trim, leaving no dead time for completed sides. The quality of their work was impeccable. If I was still in my boatbuilding business I would have hired them on the spot.
The finish was complete and impeccable. It was a joy to have them work on our home.

There was a big miscommunication that took over three months to get our windows. They blamed it on our HOA , but that was false. When we finally got them, they were installed quickly and very professionally. Randy was excellent in explaining the products, costs, installation process and anticipated timing. The measurement technician was timely and professional. The crews were professional and workmanlike. Overall, an excellent experience.

I should give it a 4-1/2. The only problem was that they were missing a window from my order. They got the window the next day. Everything was smooth and the install crew performed well and clean up was spot on.

Great windows fast service and Randy the sales person and Doug from instillation. Had a few problems and they solved them after they read my text. Doug went out of his way to get a crew out the same day we talked. Everything looks great and I and a happy camper with new windows and great service.
I will recommend Window Nation to family and neighbors. Randy and Doug are great guys to talk with about any problems you think you have about your new windows. 5 stars for Window Nation

Well, let’s see I was given a scheduled appointment for a specific date and time and in my mind I would of thought okay everything is ready and all together however, an appointment was made for me for August 20 between 11 and 1 yet nobody showed up, nobody called me to tell me there was no screen in the warehouse anymore. It’s not a joke that the job that you did cost $11,000 worth of work and I got out of it broken plants, broken lights, broken ornaments. I got a window in my living room that doesn’t open all the way I got a screen in my bedroom that does fall out of the window get your stuff together if you’re gonna put your name on something do it with dignity do it with class do it with respect I paid $11,000 for these windows Since June 18th I believe I’ve been dealing with this crap and I’m done the next thing I do is hit Facebook with it. You wanted it honestly got it, it’s terrible of a company to such a job. I’ve made repeated calls, remade appointments; to work around there mess ups and yet they still don’t show up on the dates THEY confirmed to still not have the job FIXED or completed. I am NOT happy with this “job” they have done and or haven’t done… compensation IS expected.
