Window Nation - Cleveland Reviews 

This is our 3 set of Soft-Lite replacement windows in 3 different homes. We have always been very happy with our Soft-Lite windows. The type of windows we wanted brought us to Window Nation. We enjoyed our entire experience from start to finish with them.
From the first day when David Larussa came to our home to consult with us on our needs and wants we felt very comfortable and not pressured to "buy". Not being pressured was very important to us since we are senior citizens and wanted time to think about what we were purchasing ( 19 windows and a patio door). We did buy that first day. Every time we had a question Dave was there to provide the answer quickly.
Ken the final window measurement person explained very clearly what we had to do before the installers came out (moving furniture, taking down window coverings, pictures etc.). We had heard this information from Dave but Ken walked around the house with us to cover what had to be done in each room. This was very helpful since we did not have to remove our window coverings in every room.
The Window Nation teams who installed our new windows were very efficient, polite, worked well together and cleaned up before they left the site. The windows were installed on the coldest & snowiest day (12/2/2025) so far this winter. The teams worked together to remove the old windows and insert the new windows quickly, sealing the house back up to reduce the amount of heat loss. We were able to watch them insert the foam, caulk and do the finishing work around the windows both inside and outside. Our team's names are Corey and Kenny. We would insist on having this team again and telling anyone we referred to Window Nation to ask for them (if possible). The other team members who need to be mentioned are John, Jack and Jeremy. All 5 were equally professional and great workers.
We like the warranty we got with the windows and the fact we can transfer the warranty on to the next owners. A plus for when we sell our home.

Awful customer service! I have been working on an issue where all of my double hung windows have sharp edges. This has been going on for months. Window Nations representative tells me the manufacturer needs to take care of issue. Twice I had tech come to house to assess situation. Both submitted request. Twice requests were cancelled. Finally someone told me I Had to have appointment for Great Lakes to come out. Again, Took off work for the 4 hour time span was given and it was a no show with no call notifying me. After calling in was told they would reschedule to assess situation and get a plan. Indicated that we are now in winter and didn’t want the house open for long period of time due to cost of heating. They should come out and assess but requested work to be scheduled for spring. Tech called me today (12/6) at 5 pm. Set up appointment for 1/6. He indicated that he would be doing the work during that time. So no one listened to my request about not having house open to the elements during winter! FRUSTRATING! Asked to have in writing what the plan is for spring. Representative told me he couldn’t do that. Asked him to have his manager do that. He said the only thing he could do was to make a note on ticket before closing it.

The installers were on time was greeted with a Good Morning and they introduced them self Cory and I believe the other installers name was Greg..they put on their slip covers for shoes, cover my floors and part of my couch where they would be working..was in and install the window and out in about 1 hour I believe after installation they clean up any debris that had fallen..told me to let the caulking dry over night and leave my vertical blinds open for caulking to dry...first time using Window Nation̈ and the price for my window was within my budget where other companies were much more pricey..would use and recommend Window Nation to family/friends..Thanks Window Nation for a job well done.

they were right on time ,put covers on shoes in house, worked fast together,told me about windows, put furniture back that they had to move,cleaned up ,I was very pleased

Ryan gave us a wonderful sales experience. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell us more than what we wanted infact he gave us top quality windows. Tony came out in 20 degree weather and installed our windows he was very professional and cleaned up every area he was working. My husband and I are very happy with the whole process. We definitely have a warmer home now.
I highly recommend Windows Nation.

i wonder if you have any senior citizen offers. none were offered and the deal is done, but other companys offer them.other than that ,the install was a-1.

The instalation crew was on time. They were very polite and nice. They worked together to make the whole experience pleasant and was considered about it being so cold, so they worked so that the temperature inside house only dropped about 7 degrees. The clean up was excellent. They worked together like a well oiled machine.

The guys were friendly and considerate. They
arrived on time and got done quickly. The windows look great.

They ran like a fine tuned clock. Very professional. Windows look even better than I thought. Dustin’s crew worked very efficiently. Love the windows. Pretty sound proof. Can not hear the traffic.

They showed up when they said they would and they were quick and cleaned up everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better installation day especially having Thanksgiving the next day. They do a great job! Thanks I will be back!

First of all, my windows came in 2 weeks early, which I was happy about. Secondly, the installers, Justin & Jeremy did and awesome job installing the windows. It was supposed to take 2 days but they stayed & finished in 1 day.
I am extremely happy with my windows.

Everyone from the sales side to the installers and customer service have been great to work with. Always making sure that we are satisfied with our new windows and sliding glass door.

My replacement windows were pre measured , I had waited weeks for this. I guess one window measurement was entirely off because the window needed major adjustments. I called to report a few problems after three days because you are instructed not to open the windows. I was told I had to take pictures and send it to them I refused. The company finally sent someone after three weeks. The gentleman was very kind. I told him my problem but after the adjustments I told him the window did not slid on the track. I was told to get some I don’t even remember because I felt with the money I paid everything should be to my satisfaction. I would not trust this company to do your replacement windows.

The guys replaced both window panels in our sliding door. They were professional, friendly & did a very nice job!

The gentleman that came by to give us information about the windows was knowledgeable and gave us all the information that we needed. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. The installers were courteous and cleaned each room after they were done with that room.
