The installation crew was professional, knowledgeable and careful in their work. It was obvious they had experience and training.

Contracting with WindowNation was fine. What I liked most is that I was not pressured to accept their services. They kept me informed throughout the process. The installers were very polite and professional. I had 23 windows installed and I expected it would take all day. They were done within 6 hours. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would have no problem recommending Window Nation.

The Window Nation Salesman was friendly and not pushy. The Grand View windows are wonderful, keeping the heat out and opening smoothly and easily! The Scheduling staff is excellent. We were impressed to know that Window Nation and the manufacturer Vytec work hand in glove to address the needs of the customer! The issues came with the installation. The team arrived on a very hot day,
(we actually thought they might reschedule because of the heat). We kept offering water and stayed out of the way so they could work. We cut bushes away from the house and there was still some minor damage to our plants. They stood on window sill and marked up a couple of walls. We didn't mention it since we planned to paint, but if we hadn't planned on it we would have been upset. The next morning we noticed foam escaping around the windows in spots and dotted here and there on the frames with a small spot on the siding. Doug Wasson from Window Nation called shortly afterwards to ask about our experience and satisfaction with the windows. I explained that a couple of the grids looked off, along with all the other issues. He had me send pics and they sent Sean, from the manufacturer Vytec, about a week later. He made exhaustive notes on the multiple issues. He measured every window and said several sashes would be remade and reinstalled. The original install team came to fix all of the outside issues and level a couple of windows. Luckily, Bill from Vytec came while they were still here to assist with the leveling issues. He installed the replacement sashes made specifically for each window and attached new hardware to match the existing sash for a perfect fit and closure. He cleaned up all debris and washed each window he adjusted. We were very pleased when they were done. (The 3 stars is more for the installation process and grid issues, the finished windows are a 5)

First, the installation crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, they were professional and knowledgeable and went right to work. The casement windows appeared excellent structurally and hardware worked well. The only disappointment was the loss of glass surface area, which is noticeably smaller than the windows we replaced. The glass area went from 47 inches to 43 inches in height, and from 29 inches to 25 inches in width. So the see through glass area went from 1,363 square inches down to 1,075 square inches. That's a 288 square inch loss and is quite noticeable.
We were planning to replace 2 casement windows in our dining room next but the smaller size has caused us to rethink replacing them.

The entire process was smooth. From the sales/estimate meeting to the final installation Window Nation communicated next steps and provided excellent service. Costumer service is top notch. It was a wonderful experience.

Good install. Conscientious with replacing rotten sills.
Sales could improve by disclosing the manufacturer is Vytex and not state Window Nation builds its own windows.

We were kept informed as to an install date. Our sales person was very responsive with any questions we had. Installers were professional and work was done in a timely way and to our satisfaction.

The three men who came to replace my windows were kind and very good at their jobs.
Being someone who finds issues with every single thing, I am happy to report no issues.
Window nation also beat everyone else in price by a substantial amount without sacrificing quality. They were the goldilocks company for us.
