What I do not like: It took almost a month to respond to my request and another 3 weeks to get someone to address it. That gets 3 stars
What I do like: The gentleman who finally made it over here on Monday 12/1/2025 was early, efficient and had the disconnected sliding glass reinstalled in a matter of minutes. That gets 5 stars.

The installation appointment we thought was supposed to take 2 days for all of the windows and door to be installed but the crew of guy had everything finished in less then 8 hours.

The job moved along quickly and smoothly. The 2 men were very good at their job and courteous of my property. Would highly recommend your company.

nice workers and they clean up very good when they were finished. they also clean my window seal that damage by another worker last year.

Professional, friendly, clean up terrific, explained and demonstrated everything prior to leaving.

Arrived on time and the install went seamless and the finished results looks awesome!

The two people that installed our windows did a very good job and they cleaned up and were very fast and efficient.

From initial contact with company to installation everything went very well. Reason for 4 stars at this time is because of one service issue that needs to be addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.

Sales rep was knowledgeable, professional, and not at all pushy. Installers went right to it and were careful to put protective material on our floors. We are very happy with the final product.

Howell, made this window replacement painless. Explained everything in detail to me and gave “me” the choice of purchasing the windows which I appreciate. The windows look great, no mess left behind, and the installers were quick.

Setting up appt no show not one time but two time I tried to call W/N for another appt they hung the phone up on me. I would like to say thanks to a young lady and John at W/N for helping me. I would like to thank the crew that came out to install the new windows.

My salesman was great and very helpful. The person you measured the windows did a super job, they all fit correctly. The nine man who installed the windows knew what their job was and it was done with care and efficiency. They answered every question I had. What a pile of trash there was and when they left it all went with them. I feel blessed that you have such a great company. Thank you

Decent price, courteous and efficient installers

The workers were beyond reproach. They worked carefully and cleaned up after themselves the whole time and answered all questions I had. I really appreciated all the foam insulation and the caulking. Nothing will leak through my windows or around them. If I have any complaint it would be that they called at the end of my 11-2 waiting time to tell me they would be an hour late. I suggest that the installers call clients as soon as they know they will be late. We have much to do in our lives and to wait for hours when they knew they would be late is not a good practice. Everyone would appreciate being able to use their time wisely with notice instead of being irked. We did talk about it and they apologized and said they would not do that again.

All of the installation aspects from the salesman, measurement team, and installers when as planned. Everyone showed up on time and completed things in a timely fashion. The only negative issue was dealing with the payment process where using a credit card charges a 1.5% convenience fee and the web site doesn't give you an option to pay by check or debit card. A check had to be mailed in since the installers didn't take my check and didn't know how to properly use the QRC method.

Each step of the selling process was executed with the utmost professionalism and know how. Additionally, the quality of the work was outstanding. I am pleased with Window Nation.

Windows look great. Installers knew what they were doing. Only problem was the work order, which left something off and the "flashing" issue.

The guys did a great job putting in the windows from start to finish.

They were on time, polite, efficient, cleaned up after installation, and showed me how to operate the windows.

The workers arrived on time. They immediately started getting everything ready, and within 10 minutes they were all working on setting up and removing all 11 windows. They all worked from 10:00- 3:30. They were always busy and they all did a fantastic job. We want to thank all of you for doing such a great job!!!!!
