The window installers did a really good job. The salesperson, Morgan overcharged me $4,000. She did not match their competitors (Window World) cost. She indicated it was comparing apples and oranges. I only went with them for the life time warranty.

The customer service and follow up has been terrible. I have to constantly follow up to get an update on service request for my warranty. Yesterday, I finally received a representative name Tony that followed through and got me the help I have been needing and Window Nations needs more representation like him. He could hear my frustration and made sure to push things along.

I put a work order in and it took over a week for someone to call and schedule a tech to come out to just look at the window. The representative that day could not give me a time when they would be there so I could ensure someone was home. I had to push for a window of time. The tech comes out and he put things in his iPad and said if they had it at the warehouse it shouldn’t take long to fix. Crickets and no email follow up or anything on the status. I called the end of that week to get an update. The representative said someone from their department will give me a call. I called again yesterday a week after the tech came on-site to follow up again. That is when I spoke with Tony. He apologize and said sometimes the request just sit and it takes the customer calling in to get it moved to the front. I appreciate all of his help and getting things moved along. However, overall Window Nations needs help in the service delivery department. This has been my entire experience since I signed the contract to get the windows 2 years ago. I would never recommend their services to anyone because of this very reason.

Window's look great. The crew that came to do the install was wonderful. They were professional, curious, and an outstanding crew. When they left, I could not tell anyone was even here, inside and out. I am very happy with their work and I love my new windows.

Use the wrong color caulking on the outside of windows. Would not recommend. Very inexperienced installation staff.
Made promises to correct errors and 2 months later havecnot completed.

Quality and great installation service! From sales to installing, everything worked flawlessly. We are really proud of our new windows and entry door. High quality and workmanship is evident in both the windows and door. The install crew was top notch, respectful of the home, cleaned up as they went and completed the job in a day. I would recommend Window Nation to anyone needing efficiency and fair cost with no nonsense install.

The crew did an outstanding job. They cooperated with us to help the movement of our pets away from where they were working. And the demeanor was pleasant.

First, we love the windows themselves and all the quality and features. Second, the installation crew were skilled, prompt, and even creative when they had to adjust one window unexpectedly. And the initial sales appointment was just right--plenty of information but not too forceful!

From start to finish everyone was very professional ,nice and timely

Your people are well trained, they work together and accomplish their mission. I am well pleased with the results and most of all, I don’t hear the traffic in front or back of my house.

Timely. Efficient. Good communications. Appeared effective in installation work.
One problem not related to installation. One window had a defective latch (piece broken). Crew leader prepared a Project Issue Report and this was noted on that report and also reference on the Post Inspection and Project Completion Reports.

The salesperson and install crew were excellent. Courtney explained the whole process and the install crew was friendly and very through.

We had a large double slide glass door installed. The quality is ok. Customer service is fair. Price is bit too high.

The workers were polite, professional and very pleasant.
