Everything was done exceptionally

Everyone at Window Rama was wonderful. Sean, the salesman was very knowledgeable. He explained everything about the windows, explained all the features and colors and helped us make good choices.
The delivery men were on time and careful when moving the windows from the truck to the garage.
Chris came to measure the windows and he did that perfectly.
Juan, Joe and another man, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual, quick and very neat. Did a great cleanup.
Patrick came to check the installation ,inspected all the windows and answered all questions.
Excellent company to work with.

I had a sales man come to my house in January to talk about replacing my door. I told him we want the door to be set up exactly like the one we currently had. After he looked through his computer he showed us a door, handles and lock and told us this is exactly like what you have. We decided to go through with buying the door because of what the sales man told us. A few days later the sales man called me and told me he had to change the type of screen because they no longer had the one he showed us. When the installer came out to look out the door he had to change several things that the sales man wrote up. After waiting for 3 months the door was finally put in. The door itself was nice and the person who put the door in did a great job. However the Handel did not match up with what we wanted. I called the installers supervisor and he was extremely rude. He said we signed a contract we have to deal with what we have. He was rude and is the main reason why I am giving 2 stars. Although I did sign a contact I was told by the sales man that the hardware i picked out was the same hardware that was on my original door. The reason why I went to windowramma was because I wanted something specific and was willing to pay more money to get what I wanted. For the installers supervisor to be so rude I will never use windowramma again. I was able to speak with the salesman's supervisor and at first he told me the same thing that the supervisor of the installer did. I signed a contract and I have to deal with it. After I went over all the mistakes his salesman made he finally agreed to add the manual deadbolt I was looking for.

Communication was topnotch.
Window manufacturing and installation were on schedule.
Windows and installation were as discussed.
Only slight negative, installers left dust and fragment remnants inside.

Fair price for an outstanding product. Clean and neat install.

Very easy process from start to finish. Very responsive to all questions and concerns. Everything was installed exactly as it was supposed to be.

As stated below, my door was installed flawlessly, but there was a problem with the door seal and an issue with the lock. I am still waiting for the door part, but Jeff (the project manager) has been back twice to address the seal issue and he also did fix the lock issue. He even supplied us with a draft stopper for the seal problem. This is customer service!
I do look forward to this issue being resolved.

My door was installed in January. Sales, communication and installation seemed flawless. I was quite happy.
Unfortunately, I later discovered there was a 1/2 gap on the bottom of my door sill. Although, your response was quick, the actual fix will not come for two months. This occurs during the coldest winter spell of the decade. Obviously, I am no longer thrilled.
I actually feel I should be compensated.

Another point: I was told that the company would be able to key the Schlage hardware to my other installed Schlage locks. That did not happen. Ex The key was one of the reasons that I chose to use Windowrama. Another disappointment.

Great professional work. The crew worked diligently and completed the project in three days as they planned. Installed windows and doors with care and removed all old windows and clutter off the property. The customer care was terrific in resolving a minor issue after the project was completed.

The install of sliding doors required a first coat of spackle after sheet rock
Additional coats were my responsibility
Their attempt at spackling was horrible
My painter would not deal with it
Said he would have to remove and start over
You are coming back
Hopefully do a better job
