Would use again
Was struggling to find a particular French door hinge but found it on their website. Emails kept me updated with delivery progress and delivery was next day with DPD who text me with a delivery time. Excellent service all round.

Good web site, easy to order and kept informed of order status. Goods arrived promptly and were direct replacements for my original keep set. Previous to this order I ordered the wrong keep set, their return and refund process was very efficient. I will buy from Window Ware in the future.

Parcel not shipped for a week
After 1 week I had to ask where my order was, the first could not find it and suddenly they found it ! Now I still have to wait a week before it arrives. So no express shipment because Window Ware made a mistake......
