Arrived swiftly, great packaging! Item as described.
Was also sent someone else’s order in error and due to logistics and it being fresh produce was told to keep it!
Bonus as it was a large order and it means I get to try some new meats!

This was a gift to a very good friend which is partially blind the delivery was late and by the time he receive the goods they were perishing. I am very disappointed.

We are disappointed to hear that goods were perishing when they arrived. The courier had attempted to make a delivery on the day the order was due but there was no reply. We were not aware of the recipient’s situation at the time but we made contact with the recipient and arranged an alternative delivery day.
We make fresh boxes every day and if there are any issues we do ask customers to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can do our best to resolve it.

A very good experience
I purchased the value box with some additional items as my first order to test out the quality of the products.
Delivery was prompt and the quality of the food was good.
I had an issue with one item and Windrush Bay sorted it out immediately.
I will definitely order more going forward.

Just in Time
I order and Easter food box and a Tropical fruit and veg box for the Easter break. Like clockwork it was delivered on time well packed and protected.
The produce were exceptional and food tasted nice, no wastage.
