Very little attention to detail

Very little attention to detail, and quick to respond in anger at simple questions. Steer clear if you are looking for good value for your money. He takes too long and doesn't handle conflict well at all.

This review is false and retaliatory.

Joy O’Johnson is either associated with Jarland Donnell, the owner of MXRoute, or is a secondary account managed by him. Her TrustPilot account has posted only a single review, which was directed at my business. I believe that this review was left in response to a negative review that I posted about his business, and was done only 1 day after he left his review.

TrustPilot has refused to remove it, stating that reviews can only be removed if a request is made within one year of posting, and I was only recently made aware of its existence. This review does not reflect any legitimate business relationship.

Windsor IT Services is also not operational, has never been advertised, and has never provided services to anyone. It was created solely as a learning exercise after I graduated from college.

Additionally, I am located in Canada and never intended to offer services to customers in the United States, which is where her account is based. The plan was to provide local IT support and services exclusively to the Windsor–Essex region, which is clearly stated on my website.
