This is without doubt the best service…

This is without doubt the best service and support I have ever received .
Purchased a complete bathroom re fit fro Windsor 4 years ago great price quality and service at the time.
As part of the purchase I bought Vado shower fittings and never registered the guarantee my bad .contacted Windsor to ask about re purchase to be refused and told customer service would take up with Vado on my behalf as the chrome had tarnished .

Up step Rita who resolved the issue obtaining me replacement rainfall and shower head at nil cost .

Both ravi and Rita were exceptional in resolving this issue

Worst customer service that did nothing to resolve a problem

I purchased over £500 worth of goods from Windsors, a new shower tray, door enclosure & tiles in October 2017, may be not a huge order but a lot of money for me!
My 5* rated and trusted plumber fitted the shower but was unable to rectify a persistent leak at each corner. The door was removed, dried off & re sealed several times but nothing could resolve the leak, Of course I blamed the plumber, who told me he could do no more; the door must be faulty. I asked Windsors for help several times to no avail.
I asked for recommendations among friends & appointed a 2nd professional plumbing contractor to review the problem in January. He too removed the door, dried it down & re sealed it several times - he has also concluded the door is faulty as he is also unable to resolve the leak. Windsors have been informed all the way along from the start of the problems. In January I requested them to replace the door ASAP bearing in mind this problem has been on going since October 2017!
In January I sent an email complaint & photos taken on my mobile as requested by Windsors which I hoped would result in a replacement
shower door. Here starts the saga of such poor customer service. Windsors allegedly sent my photos to manufacturers who came up with excuse after excuse why the leak persisted, basically saying the problem was a fitting problem.
My contract for the purchase was Windsors so why have they fobbed me off to the manufacturers? No one from Windsors or the manufacturers seemed able to speak any sense on this matter all they did was fob me off! Even the emails from the manufacturer, explaining their reasoning for the leak, were not grammatically correct! - I asked for someone to come out to look at the alleged fitting problems & help me to resolve this if indeed it was a fitting problem -even though that looked frankly unlikely after 2 different professional plumbers had been unable to resolve the leak! This request was refused point blank.
Eventually after I became terribly upset the so called customer service manager agreed some one at Windsors would call my plumber to discuss the alleged fitting errors in order for the leak to be resolved. That was mid February and guess what no one has attempted to contact my plumber as of today's date early March, to resolve the alleged fitting errors.
In the end I have approached my credit card company with the story & evidence to back up my claims, who have immediate told me they will refund the cost of the shower/door as Windsors clearly have evaded the problem.
Under a Section 75 claim against the credit card company, the only problem is the retailer don't refund the money it comes from the credit card company so the retailer gets away scott free!
Still, I understand the retailer can loose their facility with the credit card company if they are a persistent offender....at least I can go elsewhere to purchase a new shower door enclosure --- you have been warned don't use this company who, i feel, failed me on every level.
