I beg you do not have any dealings with…

I beg you do not have any dealings with these people!! I purchased on ebay a Peppa Pig Tablet from this bucket shop, before ordering I clarified with them that it had batteries which they told me "yes" it did I also asked about packing it properly as I read a previous buyer had issues with, well I got a rude response about this. When it arrived it didn't have batteries, package was just about ok but it had pieces of cardboard taped together and sellotaped over the box tablet was in and in a plastic bag no box. I got back to them and told them no batteries were included which they said "sorry" but I'm lucky to have got that from them because next they went on about "other people never complained and what's buying a few batteries anyway" A charming way to speak to a customer I don't think. These people kept up this rude attitude all the time I had to contact them. Told them I wanted to send it back and they had the check to say "yes we will give you a refund but we expect to receive it packed properly the same way you received it" so I said to them " yes I will send it back the same way, you can even have the same pieces of cardboard wrapped round it you sent to me". Honestly such disgusting people you are expected to deal with!! Every time I had to contact them I got more rudeness. I contacted ebay and they said to send it back and I would be refunded, but I told them this not going to happen as they are being so awkward and rude they will find a reason not to refund me.
They even read their messages to me so they knew it was true, anyway after all this problem I decided not to return it, as the way I was treated by them just exhausted me and I knew I would have a fight on my hands for a refund. It would take weeks even for ebay to get it resolved, so I decided it wasn't worth putting myself through anymore anxiety mentally, as I suffer with mental health problem which I take medication for and all this was affecting me big time. I will just have to loose the money. I have tried sending messages to ebay about the seller, filling in the form on their website but the message wouldn't go through.
I will never purchase anything from ebay again, everything seems to me to be on the sellers side. ebay should have stepped in when they knew the rudeness I was being subjected to.

Dishonest Seller – Avoid Unless You Want a Battle for Your Refund

This seller went out of their way to make returning an item as difficult as possible. From the moment I requested a return, they made it clear they intended to be difficult, even before receiving the item back. They falsely claimed I had damaged the product to justify issuing a partial refund and used their status to manipulate the system in their favour.

Before I even returned the item, they stated they would dispute the refund, showing they never intended to handle this fairly. After speaking to customer support, I followed the correct process to return the item, yet my case was automatically closed, falsely stating that I had accepted a partial refund—which I never agreed to. This conveniently benefitted the seller, raising serious questions about whether they are exploiting a known loophole to disadvantage buyers.

I had to escalate the case again to get my full refund, which was ultimately ruled in my favour. The fact that I had to go through multiple rounds of escalation for a straightforward return is disgraceful. Their behaviour was deliberately obstructive, designed to deter buyers from pursuing their rights.

Given that this is a toy shop, their conduct is particularly disgusting. I dread to think how many less-determined customers they have successfully taken advantage of with these tactics. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them unless you’re prepared to fight for your consumer rights every step of the way.

Excellent Service

I ordered a Barbie set for my Grandaughter. The price was very competitive & when I reached checkout a further discount was applied making the price much lower than other places. When ordered it said I would receive it by 9th Dec. & I have. It has just arrived & I am very pleased with it. They kept me informed of delivery & I could track it through the Royal Mail tracking online. I see the other reviewers did not have a good experience but mine was very good

At best, useless -- at worst, a con

These people took my money, didn't send me the goods I'd paid for, then sent only a partial refund. All further communications I've sent them have been ignored. I don't know how many people will read this, but if you are -- DO NOT buy from these scam artists.
