So far not so good

So far not so good. Placed our first order of nearly $700 three weeks ago. We did not realistically expect to get the order immediately. However, after multiple requests for updates on order status (profile just shows 'processing' with no change) we have yet to have any response or updates. Our due date on the CC charge has come and gone ... No delivery, No wine, No communication from this company and No response to our email/account profile inquiries. FTR? at the time we placed the order the delivery date listed on the case of wine was 07/17/203. We're past that date.

Kevin,
The order that you placed is for a Future Arrival with an ETA of 3 to 6 months from purchase date. This type of order usually arrives within 4 months. It is coming from Europe. We have this indicated on the website and in the shopping cart at checkout. We will reach out to notify you when the wine arrives so that a shipping date can be scheduled at that time.

Opportunistic management

I ordered 3 bottles of wine from them and a few weeks after the COVID-19 nightmare began, I have a difficult economic situation so I asked them to cancel the transaction since I’m sure they can sell the wine to somebody else. After one month with no waiting for an answer, Lars sent me an email offering $110 per bottle when I paid $155, so my interpretation was him giving me a discount so I accept the wine. No I was wrong, the guy want to profit twice out of this unprecedented moment in history. I’m filling a credit card claim right now and possibly a BBB Complaint. Disgusting people, be aware and stay away from them.

Best selection wine

Great service but the price is just quit high. Packing insured no broken bottles, and the delivered items matched my order exactly. Amazing service and delivery.

Stellar Customer Service

Wine Cellarage consistently delivers top wines at competitive prices and stellar customer service. Deliveries are quick (and free in Fairfield County) with great communication from point of sale through delivery. I know that my wines will be kept cool and handled appropriately. I'm a big fan and would recommend that anyone serious about wine buy from them.

Never bought from an east coast shop …

Never bought from an east coast shop and was very skeptical. Ended up getting a case of '13 Flaccianello for my first purchase. Everything went flawless, and I love the selection of WC. I plan on buying more from them in the future. The reason I took the leap was price and posits reviews. Plain and simple. I look forward to my next purchase.

Great service and very good selection

Great service and very good selection. You need to check pricing though because it ranges from extremely good to quite high. Personally, I don't need to have the lowest price on the web, just fairly competitive, say within 10 to 15% of the low price. When you buy a wine and then see you paid 20 to 25% more than half a dozen other usa sites are selling it, it is a little disheartening. But, their products are in great condition, their prices are usually very competitive and their packaging is first class so I think they are a very good wine sorce.
