Very disappointing customer service.

Very disappointing customer service.

I purchased a wine cooling unit for a home renovation project. Due to construction delays outside of my control, the unit was never installed and remains unused in original packaging.

I contacted the company requesting a reasonable exception. I was directed to the manufacturer, who then directed me back to the dealer. Despite explaining this, the company refused to help.

When I mentioned contacting my credit card company, I received a rude and aggressive response stating there were “no grounds” and even threatening legal action.

This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply trying to resolve an issue for an unused product in good faith.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
