We had a problem with our delivery and tried every means of contact but received no reply from any. It would seem you are unable to contact them.
Ordered Gary Barlow organic Sauvignon Blanc , non organic was delivered . I could have bought this for £2 a bottle less from my local Asda , however I can’t drink it as I am allergic to to sulphites .
I have a case of wine I can’t drink , no response from 3 emails and phone is never answered .
I will email them constantly until I get an answer .
Wine and gift box ordered from Australia for my mother's 70th birthday in the UK. Nothin arrived and now, 2 weeks after the supposed delivery date, still no gifts, phone number not connecting / ringing out and no reply to email.
Substituted some of our order with inferior, cheaper wines to what we ordered. No refund on price difference. The substituted wines (Gary Barlow Organic Rose) was so appalling that we thought it must be tainted somehow, or fake. We persevered with a bottle of it but between two of us we could not suffer more than half a bottle of the stuff. Truly one of the most unpleasant substances known to mankind!
So, substitutions may well be part of their terms and conditions but it's best practice with any online retailer to advise the customer of substitutions. No contact from them in this regard either prior to, or after despatch of order.
Would not use Wine Delivered again and Gary Barlow should be in jail for crimes against winemaking!
I have ordered 3 times off this company and their service to rectify a problem is outstanding.
I put 2 orders in before Christmas for my parents, the names got mixed up, as an apology they sorted the names and sent my parents a bottle of wine each. An awesome company to use and communicate with. I will happily use this company again. Penny New Zealand
I had an issue with my order where items were missing, whilst this was highly inconvenient the customer service to resolve the issue was first class, with a fast email response and a refund processed immediately. Every company makes mistakes - so it is how you resolve them and treat your customers that matters.
Outrageous company. Do not have a working telephone line. You can try and contact them for two weeks and no reply. I paid for next day delivery on wine on the 28th of March!? 28th! and it still has not been delivered.
Do not waste your time on a company that does this. Go to more reputational brands like laithwaites, majestic, urban etc. This company is trying to just swindle peoples money.
Placed an order on Wednesday morning, hoping it would arrive in time for a Birthday the following week.. Despite the warning 'due to high demand, delivery might be delayed', our Birthday gift wine arrived the very next day... Recipient thrilled with the gift...Will let you know about the quality of the wine, after it's been supped 😃.....Will definitely use this company again.. Thank you
Placed an order for a hamper. One of the items was missing. I messaged using the 'contact us' on their website, no reply. I then sent an email to their sales email address, again no response. I've messaged them on Facebook and again no reply.
Ordered from this company who advertise next working day delivery. Therefore expecting delivery on the date I chose on their site. No indication this would be a problem and added my birthday message as it was a birthday gift. Actually delivered 8 days after the date requested making it look like I had no love for the recipient. Just a straight out lie and no attempt to contact me and say they could not deliver on the date I had requested. Thank you for screwing up my birthday gift to someone I love. I am sure you do not give a toss but I will do everything I can to ensure you do not harm and upset others as you have done me.
I have received my delivery with a missing item. I wrote to their sales email address. When I had not received an answer, I used the form on their website to contact them. Again, no response. It has been more than three weeks since my first email and they have not even acknowledged it let alone solution to the issue.
Avoid - terrible customer service and delivery
Ordered for it to be delivered at a certain date, they delivered it at the wrong date when I wasn't home so didn't have a chance to pick it up (which is why I set a delivery date).
Totally impossible to get in contact with anyone from the company and very dismissive when you eventually do get in contact and ignore your requests. I see other people giving reviews here syaing the same thing.
I probably sent e-mails weekly for four weeks before they replied. Waited six weeks for something that was a birthday gift.
Ordered at the end of November to be delivered on 07-Dec and I’m still waiting for this delivery now on 19-Dec. Totally impossible to get in contact with anyone from the company and very dismissive when you eventually do get in contact and ignore your requests for a refund!! Avoid at all costs.
