Great wine, good price, ordering process a bit of a faff

Look the wine that I got was fantastic. Was it the biggest bargain ever in the history of wine? Not necessarily that I was pretty happy I was so I thought it was a pretty good bargain what annoyed me was the process of getting it? I saw an advertise said by the six bottles of 60 quid no problem. Check them out. Seem to be a bit of a bargain then you get directed to the app then you get asked for ID checks and then it looks as if you have to sign up to the app and pay a monthly fee, which I didn’t want to do but anyway we got there in the end and the customer service that I got from the tea was pretty cool, so the wine was good if you can work out what you need to do and how to do it then it’s good service

So easy to use

So easy to use. Great value and based on a recommendation from a friend. I can see why. No need to use supermarkets for wine again!

Honestly I believe this company is a…

Honestly I believe this company is a scam.. You order and pay and two days later receive an email saying’ due to exceptional demand on our warehouse we are experiencing delays’ so you think ok I understand and will wait. Then nothing so you email and still nothing. Then you open a ticket and they tell you it’s the couriers fault, but don’t worry you just have to wait between 8 to 10 days for a refund. Honestly don’t waste your money just go to Majestic or Laithwaites and buy your wine. This is a scam dressed up nicely on instagram

Terrible retailer that does not make it…

Terrible retailer that does not make it clear about the subscription charge when you order, it also has no order confirmation on app as go to check out seemly orders your wine, be very careful of this retailer
