No fault of Wine drops but delivery failed in which Winedrops dealt with it fairly. Courier says they tried to deliver but there was no sign of him / her on our security cameras on and after the date... See more

Perfect for wine lovers
We are finding wine drops a fantastic service! Wine variety is brilliant, options to leave ‘on offer’ bottles in your cellar is a great feature & delivery is speedy. Have recommended to everyone that drinks wine!
The Best and most reliable app & site

Great product, good prices top service levels
The wines were as advertised. Good quality at great prices.
The 4 wines we have bought and tried have been great and we will be using Winedrops regularly from now on.
Swift service
Had two issues recently with missing items / delivery and Michael was quick to solve the problem and add a bottle of wine as a small gesture for my troubles. It was much appreciated and as it was very swiftly dealt with, it put me at ease.
Great wines
Great wines, excellent service and easy to use app. What’s not to love
Let’s get the neg out the way first
Let’s get the neg out the way first. I don’t like they charge for membership it should be free. :( But, I love a trier and these are the new kids on the block. And f#ck me, I’ve discovered some fantastic, great value wines through WINEDROPS.
The worst you could do is try them for one year; they’re worth it!!
Well priced wines and great service.

Caveat emptor
There are some bargains on Winedrops, but I don't trust their price comparisons. This seems particularly the case for wines bottled for Winedrops/Banquist, which seem only to be found on various Banquist owned websites.
Torre Calvese 2023, for example, is described by Winedrops as "my favourite private label project to date". Current prices found using a search engine are:
Winedrops £21
cellarsteals.com £80.50
vineheist.com £56
wineraid.com £46.50
fromthevine.co.uk £59.50
hushwines.com at £48
dailydecant.com at £49.50
Those sellers are all Banquist, I can't find this wine at any independent wine merchant (as it's bottled for them, no surprise there).
By and large my experience is that most Winedrops wines are good value for money, so why they need to behave like this, I don't understand.
For reference, these are the Banquist webshops I've found so far, with domain creation dates.
cellarsteals.com 21st March 2025
dailydecant.com 16th November 2025
hushwines.com 16th November 2025
vineheist.com 16th November 2025
wineraid.com 16th November 2025

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: I've been using Winedrops for a couple of years and I've had very few bad experiences, and on those rare occasions customer service has been excellent. All Winedrops ned to do to make this better is be more transparent about price comparisons/discount. How can they claim they're offering a discount when they're the only seller of a made for them wine?

The wine I ordered was unavailable so Winedrops substituted it for a much nicer wine. Fast delivery. Would highly recommend.
