We installed WineEmotion systems in our retail location and couldn't be happier with the decision. We currently have 40 wines and 14 spirits available for tasting through the dispensers, and the impact on our business has been immediate. Customers love the self-serve experience. They get to explore at their own pace, try before they buy, and they almost always walk out with bottles they never would have picked off the shelf on their own. The preservation technology keeps everything fresh, the portion control is precise, and the machines themselves look fantastic in our space. The team at WineEmotion USA has been great to work with from installation through ongoing support. If you run a retail wine or spirits shop and you're looking for a way to drive sales and create an experience customers talk about, this is it.

While the "President" of the company was quick to follow up with my information request, his follow ups were overly persistent and didn't account for the amount of time it may take some businesses to respond or get back to him with openings in our schedule. My inquiry made it very clear what information I needed and each follow up was pushing for a meeting to be set up, which required more scheduling on my end. When it took me "too long" to get back to him, he finally reached me (versus a front desk associate) over the phone, he was extremely rude and even told me "I am responding to YOUR inquiry so if you can be polite"... I hadn't gotten more than a few words in before he had said this. The rest of his sales pitch was quite aggressive and blatantly rude, making it extremely clear that he was doing ME a favor by responding to my inquiry.

I was interested in a 4 or 8 bottle wine preservation system, but I am not and will not ever be interested in working with someone like that. Zero customer service, zero social skills, aggressive and pushy sales skills.

Steer clear.. there are better wine preservation systems out there.
