Delivery was a fast as expected. Packaging was more that suitable as usually from other online stores I receive boxes way too big, a silly thing really but means a lot to me.

The price was very good compared with other sites.
There was a slight delay in delivery time, but this was down to Royal Mail, and when I rang wine online, I was answered promptly and the man I spoke was very helpful and friendly.

Hero to Zero
I am a fan of Pinot Noir and Conor Sur Bicicleta has been a favourite for years. No longer. I have just tried a bottle of 2022 vintage and it is unspeakably bad, thin, tasteless and lacking in body. On reading the label I find it is only 11% ABV compared to the 13.5% of the previous vintage. Has it been watered down? This is a disgrace to the trusted name of Cono Sur.

Ordered the 1st of the month and paid £9.99 next day delivery now the expected delivery date is saying 5th of the month, I would really like to know why I’ve been charged nearly ten pounds for a substandard delivery ?

When a order is placed on a Friday, it must be before 11am for it to be dispatched the same day, for delivery the next working day which is the Monday, when the order is placed after this time then it will be dispatched on the Monday for next day delivery on the Tuesday. (Next day delivery as advertised on website when ordering is Monday-Friday and before 11am)
