Deliveries arrived on time as expected but very poor customer service. I had no way of getting into my account and emailed several times, ended up getting a reply 3 months later!

Wine post provides a fantastic service at a really good price point. The ability to rate wines to inform their choices for your next shipment is really valuable. Really good selection of wines and helpful customer service

Wine did not turn up, again! Now, 2 weeks later and still waiting. After emailing 4 times with no response, I tried to edit the next date of delivery from 10th November to 14th October as the October wine hadn't arrived. Now they are taking TWO more charges of £239.70 for new subscriptions I have not ordered and do not want. I have contacted my Bank and am raising a dispute.

Winepost is excellent. I get 6 bottles every two months, and always find something new. And I’ve not had a bad bottle yet! I don’t think I’ve bought wine from a shop in a long time, as Winepost has me sorted. Got a subscription for my dad for Christmas too, and he was delighted. One of my favourite subscriptions, highly recommend!

I've never subscribed to wines by post before, but I now love getting my monthly Winepost delivery! It's always a new variety of wines, and I can tweak the type - or quantity - online.

Clear, simple pricing, and I particularly like the tasting cards that accompany the wines, giving background and information about each one. Everything has been thought through properly - from the sustainable packaging to the heads-up emails letting you know you've a few days to customise your order before it's on the way.

I'm looking forward to more seasonal additions or specials in future. I can't recommended Winepost more!

I used winepost to send a birthday present to my Dad and was extremely pleased with the service, product and attention to detail. They were so helpful answering my (many) questions beforehand and the wines arrived promptly. Great quality, unusual wines with tasting notes which added a special touch. A perfect gift for the man who has everything (and enjoys his wine)! Highly recommend!!

After some internet searching, chose winepost as a gift for my husband.
Ordered 3 bottles for 12 months. The first delivery was received in plenty of time for Christmas and looked lovely.
We have tried the wine now and it is beautiful. Looking forward to our next delivery.

Winepost couldn't have been more simple to use with such a great result. The ordering process was easy to understand and use. Once the wine arrived (quickly) it was refreshing to see different styles of wines you won't find most places. These came with great little cards explaining the wines in a way that was friendly and useful. The flexibility of my membership means I can skip when I need to, but otherwise I can get a delivery which is sent out with plenty of notice.

I ordered a gift subscription for my friend's birthday & the holidays and loved the service! The delivery was supposed to be at the end of this week but they were able to expedite shipping to get it there in time for my friend's birthday. Tristan was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. They go above & beyond to ensure that your wine experience is a good one! A great gift idea for friends and family, or to treat yourself! Give it a try if you live in the London area :)

I was given the wine as a gift. The wine was great, with informative tasting notes. I was pleased to see the ethical and sustainable principles the company is seeking to pursue which includes carbon neutral delivery, recyclable packaging (zero waste to landfill) and all vegan. I recommend giving winepost a try!

I've been using Winepost for over 6 months now. It's so easy and flexible and there's always wine at the house without having to think too much about it. We get different ones all the time so it's always fun to try and we've even snuck a bottle or two to bring to dinners in a pinch.

The best in the business - would recommend to family, friends and anyone else! Every single wine I have had from Winepost has been superb. The fact I can rate the wines afterwards and leave comments about them help Winepost tailor the next box of wine I get too - I really love the personalisation, the order comments they leave for you, and the insightful tasting notes - not only am I getting some really fantastic wine, I’m actually learning a bunch of things at the same time, a win win! I am also impressed by the email communications, speed of delivery and the sustainable packaging too, especially how it has developed over time. It always arrives on time, perfectly packed and I never worry about it arriving damaged. One other thing I particularly like is the additional extras you can add to your order too, like the odd bottle of Prosecco, or port - the flexibility that Winepost offers makes it a real delight to buy from!

Winepost provide a very reliable delivery of your favourite wines to the door and just in time for the weekend...What could be better? They also provide a tasting card with each bottle. A great way to learn whilst supping! I love it. Thank you Winepost I look forward to my next box.

I heard about Winepost from a family member when I was searching for wine delivery during lockdown. Nice company, friendly and personal. I'm no wine expert but I've enjoyed all the wine and I love the explanation cards that come with them.
