Don't order unless you are in no big hurry to get your rack. Ordered the smallest, simplest, unfinished rack, waited a week to call about shipping and was told that it takes a few weeks. I asked for an approximate shipping date and was told Oct 10 (ordered on Sep 22). Person I talked to didn't seem at all interested in any form of trying to improve the situation. When I questioned the long wait he was pretty much dismissive. DO BETTER

My husband purchased the wood rack item and it didn't hold our STANDARD size bottles, so I left a 1 star review. At the end of the review process a pic of the win rack popped up and clearly states that the rack is for Magnum sized bottles!! I've already fussed at my husband about it 🙄, but also think that a public apology is necessary. The rack is lovely and arrived as described. Great job. Thank you!

The wine rack doesn't hold wine. Our standard size bottles have nothing to REST on! It's already installed and fits perfectly but we'll have to Jimmy rig it in order to use it. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Racks look great

The wine rack does not do a good job with champagne bottles that do not have vertical sides. I have added bars to the front to solve that problem and that should be an option that is available.

Easy to order, quick delivery, easy to setup.
I would have included at least one set of a wall mounting "L" bracket (or similar) - one for each end of the rack to ensure the ensemble of the rack is stabilized.

The customer service and quality of the racks is fantastic. The only downside of this process was the assembly. Not knowing exactly where to square pieces up meant different shapes were created. This is most obvious when putting the trim pieces on at the end. STRONGLY suggest a video to show the important steps of the process. Cheersc

Everything was great once order was actually placed. Orderer was on vacation and initial order was never placed so 5-7 biz days turned into 10-11. Think it was just a miscue in office. Only reason was bugged is I had time constraints. Everyone from staff was very helpful trying to resolve the issue. In the end everything was great!! Would order again

I ordered a sleek modern wine rack that holds 15 bottles. It is sturdy and well made, looks sharp and came quickly- I’m thrilled!! I would definitely order from wine racks again.

Quality rack for a good price. Shipping was quick and item arrived in perfect condition.

The service was excellent. I received prompt and helpful responses from an actual person. The ordering process was relatively simple, though I was FLOORED by the shipping cost (nearly 35% of the product cost). With that, I had high expectations. It still took the product several weeks to arrive. It came while I wasn't home. Someone was supposed to inspect and sign for it, but UPS just left it, unceremoniously, on my porch. I'd highly recommend that WineRacks evaluate a different shipping strategy. The product itself is nice, but is in no way "perfect" - areas that required additional sanding, areas that had chips or splinters - and not anything that could be written off as a result of mishandling during shipping. For the price tag, I was expecting better quality. That said, they are the only operation I could find ANYWHERE that had the sizes I needed, so that's appreciated. If I ordered again, and could find the sizes I needed, I would consider trying another supplier.

There wasn’t a notification when the racks were shipped that was sent to me. That is helpful to know when they are going to arrive on our doorstep. Everything else is good.

Delivered promptly. Be careful unpacking as the staples can scratch the surface.

Over all I am happy with the service and recommend WineRacks.com. Racks are solid and look very nice in our store.
Shipping was a bit slower than they predicted and updates on shipping could have been better.
Assembly is pretty straight forward but the instructions need editing. Instructions said I needed a finish nailer or a hammer & brad nails, and they sent wood glue (also listed on the instructions) but there was no indication where to use these. I called in for clarification and once I got to someone in "Production" they told me I didn't need those things unless I wanted to use them.

Overall its a very nice commercial grade wine display, point of purchase. Product arrived well wrapped, assemble instructions were a bit lacking.
This racks does require some woodworking skills. The cuts on the braces were very tight and had to be opened with a wood chisel, file and saw. It appears that the vertical braces are mot planed out evenly.
There were not enough screws for the entire project. Found some bronze cabinet screws that worked better and dont show like the chrome ones they sent.
I ordered the base, you really need a brad nailer or finish nailer for this to attach the floor.
The racks do not have individual bottle holders so your stacking the bottles on top of each other. I would not have gotten it if they pictures on the web page were more detailed.
