We took the half-day Beaujolais wine tour and our guide, Ian was fantastic and looked after our group of 7. He was very knowledgeable about the wines and the region, and answered our many questions easily. Thanks Ian.

A great adventure in wine, history, nature, and culture all combined into 1 amazing day!
We learned a lot about our Portuguese host / his culture and had a wonderful time conversing with him throughout the day.
We stopped at a historic landmark that was so beautiful and unique, and we were able to go on a short but interesting guided tour of the site, plus explore a bit ourselves.
Both wineries that we went to were amazing and showed 2 very different types of wineries/different vibes.
The views on the drive to these wineries was incredible, as well.

This is the second time we've booked a Winerist tour and I can't recommend them enough! We chose the East Sussex Private English Wine Tour to celebrate our anniversary and had so much fun! It was a whole day out across 3 different vineyards sampling wine and hearing about how it's made which was so fascinating! The Winerist team were so friendly and helpful during the booking process too :)

All the travel I need! I love scouting different locations and choosing what works best for me. Wine travel is a great way to connect with people and feel at home everywhere. People in this industry are so open and kind. And Winerist has something for everyone.

Our guide was great: he was friendly, helpful and competent, and he spoke excellent English (as well as excellent German, as I discovered in a short conversation we had in a little break on the tour).
What I am a lot less satisfied with is the way the tour was advertised. I asked about a tour that was advertised online and was told that there were in fact two places left on the date I had requested. However, it would be a different tour than the one announced on the website. After my confirmation I received an email telling me that there had been an error and that it would be still another tour on the 25th.

It was a beautiful experience, the horses were friendly and the guide kept them under control at all times.
The wine tasting was fine, the guide taught us some historical facts as-well, we even bought some at the end.
I would definitely recommend it.

This was a great Porto wine experience, our guide Jesper was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the region, he was very helpful through out the whole experience. All the wines we tasted were great the food was amazing!! This trip is really worth it.

We loved our private tour of the Douro Valley! What a beautiful place and our tour guide, Jesper, was wonderful. We enjoyed the wineries chosen for us, the lunch spot chosen was outstanding and the private car was very comfortable. We enjoyed the flexibility of a private tour, taking a quick detour to see Magellan’s boyhood home. Jesper also gave us a great dinner recommendation once back in Porto. We would highly recommend booking through Winerist

Excellent time with Winerist in Sicily! Our online booking experience was seamless and although we booked last minute (don't recommend doing what we did!), Winerist were the only platform able to accommodate us. We even added another tour while we were on the trip and it was so easy to do. We cannot wait to book our Franciacorta trip with Winerist again.

Amazing tour of Tuscany with Winerist! So impressed. I was picked up at my hotel in Siena and joined a small and really friendly group of people. Our guide was so brilliant. Really funny and helpful and answered all my geeky wine questions in a second! I only had a short time to experience Tuscany so this tour was perfect for giving me a great overview of the highlights - Chianti and Brunello di Montalcino wineries, famous wine towns, and medieval villages. Our driver even stopped at all the best photo spots and went out of his way to take us to a place where I could capture one of the famous Instagram photos in Val d'Orcia!

Horrible. Booked me on the wrong tour (large instead of small). Had to send 3 emails over just as many business days to get a response for a refund. I paid 100 euros per person for a tour that cost 45 euros per person. Finally got refunded but was disappointed with tour and overall experience. I’d book direct next time, not with a 3rd party platform

We had a great experience with Marcio! He went above and beyond to show and explain to us the history and practices of the Douro Valley. Included in our group was a small child. The lunch provided didn't include much that a toddler would be interested in, so Marcio stopped at a service station and bought some food (out of his own pocket) for the little boy.

And when my husband asked about a different wine than we were able to taste at the last vineyard, Marcio found the owner and convinced him to open a bottle so my husband could taste it. My husband then bought a bottle, so it worked out well for us and the vineyard owner.

Overall, the tour was very nice, absolutely gorgeous, and a wonderful way to spend the day.

We had a really great experience with Winerist in Spain a couple of years ago so we decided to pay the extra money to use Winerist again in Portugal for a private tour. Instead of getting a specially customized trip, we basically got a driver who didn't know anything about wine (but was very nice). The driver just took us to three wineries. The first was fine- we met with someone that worked there and got their standard tasting. The second they put us in a group tour which is not what we paid for nor what we expected. The driver saw that we were really unhappy with the experience and suggested we go to a smaller winery for the third. The winery was pretty new and not very good. At least the driver was trying to accommodate our expectations but the person organizing the trip made no effort to customize this at all. To make matters worse, we reached out to Winerist during our tour to try to sort things out and have still not heard back from them. If feel swindled.

Overall great wine tasting with knowledgeable experts. We learnt a lot and enjoyed the day on the whole. The only negative would be that our tour guide was pretty passive aggressive and made us feel a bit uncomfortable at certain points.

We had an amazing trip to Florence with Winerist. We spent an incredible day tasting wine in Tuscany, followed by a fascinating tour of the city's history the next day. I highly recommend them and hope to have another trip with them again soon.

This tour was the absolute highlight of our trip! We had the best time. Luis, our guide, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, fun, and took us to vineyards that we truly enjoyed. The communication prior to the tour was flawless and the day of was organized perfectly. We can't say enough great things and would 10/10 recommend this tour.

Emmanuel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the area and the wines. He answered all our questions and many more. We had a truly memorable experience, and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful wine tasting tour in Slovenia. Damian was a fantastic host, taking us to 2 amazing wineries and a gourmet lunch spot where we met the owners and wine makers. We learned so much and had a fantastic time!

This experience was excellent. Such a stunning vineyard with an excellent tour guide who served increíble wines.
The boat back to Barcelona was the perfect end to a perfect day.
