Winestyr really is a wine lover's dream because we get to try so many wines we never would have found otherwise. Member benefits are stellar as well, but for us, it's about the quality of the wine and Winestyr has it!

Big fan of Winestyr and their selection of premium wines from the US. I always look forward to receiving my wine club shipment at home and sharing new bottles with friends. It's really cool to learn about so many small producers and hear their stories. It's clear these wines are a labor of love!

If you are a wine fan, I highly recommend checking out Winestyr!

Really enjoyed my introduction to Winestyr at their West Loop tasting room. Immediately signed-up for their membership and was looking forward not only to my wine shipments but the member only events they talked up during their sales pitch. Fast forward three months and I am still waiting for an event invite. My friend who joined a long time ago has received three invites since I joined. My friends who joined the same day and I are still waiting. Winestyr claims this was a tech glitch but based on the number of times we've complained only to miss the next invite... I'm starting to get very skeptical that it isn't associated with how long you've been a member or how much you spend. Hoping to see it remedied soon!

I joined Winestyr because of the events. However, despite numerous attempts, my friends and I have been unable to get on the listserv. It has been really frustrating having to constantly follow up with no resolution. Without this as a differentiating factor, winestyr is not competitive from a price perspective and will lose my business.

Terrible customer service and bad wine. Stay away.

The Pinot was indeed very good. The other wines must not be the same bottles you mention below because I wouldn't even cook with them. And the processing of "multiple changes" on your end were due to the company failing to make the changes correctly in the first place.

To those consumers desiring wine and baseline service, stay away from Winestyr.

I have been trying to contact Winestyr for the past week via phone and email--but to no avail. They have not delivered and promised.

I love their concept and their wines, but their customer service seems to be non-existent Buyer beware!

Game Changer

I've been a Winestyr customer for a couple of years. For me it has completely changed the way I buy wine. As a member of the wine club, I eagerly anticipate my shipment each month. Furthermore, I end up buying more of the bottles that I really like off of the website. Bottom line is the wine is excellent, and that keeps me coming back. The wine most people have access to just isn't that good (think grocery store wine). Winestyr has done the heavy lifting for you by identifying great wines and providing access that never existed. The website is cool, the packaging is cool, the convenience is cool, the concept is cool...but again, most importantly the wines that Winestyr offers are excellent.

Every bottle that we've received has been great! Going to the liquor store is like playing Russian roulette with your wine. You never know what you're going to get! Winestyr takes the guessing out of the equation. You know you're going to open a delicious bottle of wine, which even comes with tasting notes. From their customer service to their products, I would highly recommend Winestyr!

Within 48 hours of signing up as a monthly member, I received via email both an order confirmation and a personal note from a Winestyr employee. My first shipment arrived faster than I anticipated - my membership was already off to a great start. I loved the clean packaging of the shipment and the thoughtful touches within it: a wine bag, business cards for the owners, wine notes and, my personal favorite - the Winestyr wine opener (it is amazing). I was becoming a loyal club member before I even opened my first bottle! Unsurprisingly, my loyalty was solidified once I tasted the undeniable quality of the wine. One of the things I appreciate most about Winestyr is that they give me access to wines I otherwise would never experience - and they're fantastic finds. I am thoroughly impressed and very much looking forward to my next shipment!

I love Winestyr! I love being able to try unique and small batch production wines that I would not have access to otherwise. It has really broadened my horizons on wine and is very interesting to learn about the winemakers behind the wine! I have reached out to Winestyr for recommendations on gifts for friends, co-workers, and even my husband. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and were able to put together a variety that far exceeded my expectations! I recently just joined their wine club and love it! It is very flexible, affordable, and has introduced me to now some of my favorite wines!

Besides the wine tasting delicious and supporting small wineries, the packaging of Winestyr is Everything. It looks very high end and just beautiful. I am a consumer who is attracted to good packaging and Winestyr just nailed it. The presentation is great for gifting and just nice to get every month from the wine of the month club.

Loved getting my first shipment in the wine club- have only had one bottle to date but am very impressed. The packaging and presentation was so wonderful... bravo! Can't wait for more!

I have been buying wine from Winestyr for several years now. I find they have a selection of great wines i would never find and at good prices. Customer service is second to none. Winestyr also is the perfect place to shop for gifts. Attractive packaging and a personal handwritten note to the recipient. They recently offered The Winestyr Wine Club. What a great way to explore tasting new wines. Winestyr gets 5 Stars from me.

Apart from getting interesting wines across different price points, these guys are very focused on quality customer service. You can put your ordering process on auto pilot by joining their club, or call any time to get suggestions. They are very anxious to please. A very pleasant experience.
