Switched Vintage and No Customer Support

I had not read any of these reviews before ordering and unfortunately can confirm they are correct. Winetoship advertises one vintage and sends another and if you write in to inquire what happened - no response. I even wrote in a 2nd time and still no response. The funny thing is this all started because they sent me a survey and said if everything wasn't perfect - contact them first. There are much better on-line wine sellers.

I'm very disappointed in Winetoship's…

I'm very disappointed in Winetoship's lack of professionalism. After ordering a very special wine for a very special occasion my order was suddenly canceled without explanation. I wrote customer service directly asking why my order was canceled and they never responding. Very unprofessional.

Horrible

Horrible. I ordered my favorite ocean organic vodka from this place because it was on sale. Then they charge some crazy amount for shipping. Fine, I paid it and 2 weeks go by, fedex shows it’s stuck in Alexandria Va for days. Did winetoship know or care? Nope. I emailed them multiple times, no answer. I opened a fedex claim myself. I could’ve made the vodka myself and aged it by the time they even see this review

I read the negative views on BBB

I read the negative views on BBB. My experience was totally different. I ordered 8 different bottles and emailed to ensure everything was available. I received a response that all items were in stock. I placed my order and received a call the next day that one item was out of stock. They asked if I wanted to hold my order for that item to come in or delete it from my order. I deleted the item and the next morning I received confirmation that my order had shipped I received a tracking number from fedex and an estimated delivery date of 2 days later. The items arrived on time well packaged, safe and as ordered. Shipping costs were low and customer service was great.

Great company! Has bad reviews due to things that aren’t their fault. READ THIS!

I had placed my order and then saw a bunch of negative reviews including some from the Better Business Bureau and was kind of concerned. After I placed my order and read these reviews I called the company to verify my order. It was returned within two hours and the lady on the phone was very nice and explained that most of these reviews are due to FedEx and the shipper. I Purchased on my credit card so I was not worried and I tracked the package through FedEx throughout the week. There were tons of delays and problems with FedEx which has absolutely nothing to do with this Company. I think they’ve gotten a bad rap because of the shipper and policies of certain states. As a small business person I think that’s really a shame and so I’m posting reviews everywhere of my experience because they did very good, not to mention they had an item that’s extremely hard to find and no one else did! I will definitely be ordering from them again and I strongly suggest other people do the same as well as leaving a review of their experience. These people are great and don’t deserve to be slandered do you to FedEx, UPS or other shipping companies.
