A rock solid pencil.
After months of steady use, I have found my Wingback to be the perfect tool to sketch my cartoons prior to the final "ink in".
Great heft in my hand.

Honestly, I fell for the marketing. Bought their pen, and it’s terrible. Weight is off, doesn’t write smoothly at all. Please stay away

I wish I could give no stars. Starting to think this is an AI company. Purchased a wallet from them, and it was absolutely NOT like the online photos.
I reached out to them multiple times with photos and videos but was assured that the wallet looked normal and great! Then, I consulted multiple wallet and leather craftsmen, both online and in person, all of whom VALIDATED my thoughts. Stitching is too close to the edge and uneven, edges are unbeveled and unfinished, and the burnishing is absolutely cooked. One even insinuated that Wingback’s online photos looked AI-generated.
At the end of the day, they only offered me a partial refund, but I would have to pay for shipping which essentially negates the refund. RIDICULOUS company and terrible product. If you care to see photos, you can find them on my google review.

This company is a scam, and you should stay far away from it. They charge a premium fee for products that, when you get them, feel like a dollar store item. Do not believe the marketing - you will be disappointed. The customer service is no better - they smugly point out that even though you received a product that looks and feels nothing like they show on site, you will get no returns because they “customized” your article of trash before they sent it. Avoid at all costs. Spend your money elsewhere.

The pen slip is exactly what I wanted: A place I could carry my ebon Wingback trio with peace of mind.

A cool G worth of stationary needs a good place to stand ready, and this is it.

The pen is fine but being tied in to the Fisher Space refill is awful. The ink simply does not flow well and it is an unsatisfying writing experience

Just bought a pen with an inscription on it for about £140 and they didn't even provide the pen sleeve (which came with the previous pen I bought from them and is mentioned on the website), the alternative to protecting the pen from scratches etc is paying them another £35-ish for a leather pen sleeve.

Absolute joke! When I contacted them I was told I will be sent one when I next order something else from them. Basically holding the pen sleeve to ransom.

Don't worry wingback I won't ever be buying anything from you when you're so stingy. It's a shame as I like supporting English companies but apparently you don't want to support your customers fairly.

All of this sounds pretty petty but it's the principal of it when paying for such a high end product you also expect not to be treated in such a way.

UPDATE: Wingback have kindly sent out a pen sleeve now.

I backed this on Kickstarter which I've done several times now. A wonderul pen, it writes beautifully and is a pleasure to hold. Assembling it is a joy.

I bought the Wingback Fountain Pen on Kickstarter. I have backed many projects on Kickstarter; and although my experience has been mostly positive, it is rare that I've backed a product that exceeds my expectations once I receive it. This pen has been one of the rare exceptions. It has quickly become my favorite pen, and the first one I reach for when writing on paper.
Highly recommended.

The wallet indeed came to Athens and I received it.

I'm not going to complain about the wallet but the service is absolutely horrendous.

Leave the fact that it took so long to arrive (which partly I could be blamed as well, for asking for a refund)
Had to pay 100 euros for CUSTOMS!
Just because it was DHL Express 🤦‍♂️

Ended up paying 250 euros without the possibility of any refund to a wallet that is worth 120 at most.

Cherry on top. No invoice has been sent with the package.

How phony is that?

Product description, communication and delivery were all excellent. The engraved fountain pen was a treat to myself and the engraved personalisation and message mean a huge amount. It is clearly a high quality object that continues to give me great pleasure and satisfaction.

I bought the Winston Cardholder after trying many slimline (metal) alternatives. I keep my cards, folded money, and a single front door key in it, everything I need in the most compact way possible.

The product is exceptional quality, I added a Winston Churchill quote for good measure, customised leather and thread. It weighs very little, offers no bulk, and is aging beautifully.

I can't recommend the company or their products enough. One very happy customer.
