Disappointing customer service. More than 4 months waiting for refund. Every time a new justification.

Soon it's gonna be 2 years since the flight was cancelled by the airline company, but I haven't got any refund from Wignie yet. Wingie has been telling me they have been trying to contact the airline but no response. I tried to contact the airline, they responded to me instantly, which makes me think Wingie is lying. It seems they just don't care and hope that I will give up at some point. But I won't.

I had a pleasant experince with Wingie as they were a very respectable and responsible company, the flight company changed the flight and it was not suitable to me, and they followed the refund request till the end and compinsated me adequately, special thanks to miss Eylul for following, contatcting and professional handling . Again Wingie will be my 1st go to booking platform

I booked a ticket and paid by card immediately, but I have not received an electronic ticket or a valid PNR. Instead, I received a document (certificate) that explicitly states it is not an electronic ticket and cannot be used for travel.
In appr. 11 hours after booking and paying Wingie informed me that the actual ticket and PNR would only be sent a few hours before departure. This means I have no way to verify my booking with the airline in advance and no certainty that a valid ticket has been issued.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer support and have received no reply after 2 days.
Paying in full and receiving only an unofficial-looking certificate without any meaningful confirmation is not what I expect from a travel service. The whole experience has caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
I recommend never book tickets by Wingie.

A total fraud company. They first booked my return flight charged me and confirmed the ticket. Later they cancelled my returning flight (which was actually expensive leg of the ticket) without offering any alternative or real refund. When I emailed for refund of the ticket amount SAR 913.89 they said it has been refunded to your account. But it was never refunded. I sent many emails and messages but no response. I never experienced such a fraud travel company like this.
So much so they sent me so called transaction receipt of refund amount which was never credited to my account. I informed them through email that I have checked with bank and no amount reached because all that receipt stuff was fake. I feel so much disturbed and sorry for writing this review.

I am writing this out of sheer frustration and disappointed with Wingie’s abysmal and predatory customer service. The airline completely cancelled my flights and stopped operating the entire route from Dammam to Baku. Because of this, the tickets are no longer changeable. I have two separate PNRs for this exact route: 7MX8RY and 7MRQB2.
I contacted the airline directly, and they explicitly confirmed that they have already issued a full refund for these tickets due to the route cancellation. Yet, Wingie is flatly refusing to return my full amount. Instead, they are trying to exploit this situation by illegally keeping around 300 USD in fabricated fees and taxes.
Wingie did absolutely nothing to earn this money, and they have absolutely no right to charge me a single dollar for a cancellation initiated entirely by the airline. They are pocketing money that belongs to me. This is nothing short of a scam.
Do not book through Wingie! They will exploit your situation, hold your money hostage, and steal hundreds of dollars from you when things go wrong. I demand that Wingie releases my full refund immediately without these unauthorized, fraudulent deductions!

I have had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Wingie and would strongly advise anyone considering booking through them to be extremely careful.
On 27 August, we purchased a ticket through Wingie from Malta to Moscow, specifically selecting a journey departing 1 September and arriving 2 September.
After payment, the ticket Wingie issued showed something completely different: departure on 1 September but arrival in Moscow on 4 September.
We immediately contacted Wingie and explained that this was not the itinerary we had selected. Wingie offered us credit to purchase a replacement ticket. This was credit, NOT a refund to our card.
The credit wasn't even enough to purchase the replacement itinerary, so we had to pay an additional €235 to book the flight we originally wanted: departing 1 September and arriving 2 September.
We completed the new booking and, unbelievably, THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN.
Once again, after purchasing the 1–2 September itinerary, Wingie issued us a ticket arriving in Moscow on 4 September.
The identical problem happening twice — particularly on a second booking made specifically to correct the first one — strongly suggests that something went wrong during the booking/ticketing process.
We contacted Wingie again on 29 August and explained everything. Instead of properly investigating what happened, the representative simply told us that there was no technical issue and claimed that we had purchased the wrong ticket TWICE.
This makes absolutely no sense.
Why would we complain that the 4 September arrival was wrong, receive credit specifically to replace that ticket, then pay another €235 to obtain the 2 September arrival we needed, only to intentionally purchase the exact same wrong itinerary again?
The representative then demanded that I provide "proof" that I had selected the correct dates on Wingie's website.
How is a customer supposed to retrospectively prove what was displayed on a booking website BEFORE payment? Wingie operates the website and booking system. Surely Wingie should investigate its own booking/session records to establish what was selected and displayed during both transactions.
The customer service experience made matters even worse. When I asked the representative for her name, she was extremely reluctant to provide it and responded that she had "already told me her name at the beginning of the call."
We have now spent approximately USD 1,700 PLUS an additional €235 trying to purchase the journey we actually needed.
We requested a full refund. Wingie refused and offered only approximately €800.
So we are now expected to suffer a substantial financial loss after the SAME issue occurred TWICE, including after Wingie itself gave us credit to make a replacement booking.
Wingie should be investigating how this happened, not simply blaming the customer.
I am now requesting that Wingie investigate both transactions, review the relevant booking records and recorded customer-service calls, and refund all of the money we have lost as a result of this situation.
My advice to anyone using Wingie: take screenshots of EVERY SINGLE STEP before you pay — your selected flights, dates, arrival times, checkout page and final payment screen. If something goes wrong afterwards, apparently you may be expected to prove what their own website showed you.
Unless Wingie resolves this appropriately, we will be escalating the matter through the relevant payment provider and consumer-protection channels.
An extremely stressful and expensive experience, and the way our complaint has been handled so far has been completely unacceptable.

I am writing this review to highlight an unresolved refund issue with Wingie.
I cancelled my Air India Express flight ticket (PNR: V2W7KY), and the airline initiated the refund on July 21, 2026. On the same day, Wingie sent me an email confirmation stating that my refund of 163.32 EUR was initiated under Refund Reference Number: 620205111139 .
Their email stated the refund process takes between 7 to 10 business days (or up to 20 days for debit cards). Today is August 19, 2026—nearly a full month later—and no payment has been received in my account.
I checked directly with my bank using the provided transaction details, and my bank confirmed that no information or incoming funds have been received from Wingie.
Wingie has failed to deliver the refund within their stated timeframe. I urge Wingie's support team to investigate this immediately and provide the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) so my bank can trace the funds, or re-process the payout.
Very bad experience with wingie .. customer support team unresponsive and rude . Not giving helpful solution..
You claim the refund for PNR V2W7KY was processed on July 21, 2026, but no funds have hit my bank account, and it has now been 30 days. Your support team has failed to provide a valid ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or RRN to allow my bank to trace the credit. The finance team has not followed up via email despite phone promises. Sending an internal receipt without banking tracking numbers does not resolve this. If the ARN/RRN or verified proof of bank transfer is not provided immediately, I will be escalating this as a payment dispute/chargeback directly through my bank.

We paid for tickets, filled all data, processed the payment, confirmed the code. But after payment site showed mistakes and didn’t book tickets! 9 tickets with payment of 1540$!!!
No one responded, texted to support, official website and call center!
Editing review!
Support center wrote me back, explained everything and resolved the problem.
We got full refund in three days!

I tried to book a flight for two passengers. The price at checkout was $912.90. I entered my card details and the payment went through perfectly on my end — the money was successfully deducted.
However, immediately after the transaction, the Wingie website crashed and reloaded. It displayed an error at the top: "This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred." Strangely, after the page reloaded, the total price shown on the screen dropped to $853.95.
My bank statement clearly shows I was charged the original $912.90 by the merchant "PAYTR O*ENUYGUNUCAKBILE". As a result of this website crash, I haven't received any booking confirmation or tickets in my email, but my money is gone.
I have already sent an email to their customer support with all the screenshots (bank statement proving the deduction at exactly 08/15/2026 5:09:19 PM, plus the error on their website). I am still waiting for a resolution. This is extremely frustrating.
I expect Wingie to either issue my tickets immediately or process a full refund. I will update this review once the support team resolves my issue. Until then, be very careful when booking here!

Be very careful when booking with Wingie – wrong travel date and no proper solution
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wingie / Enuygun and would strongly recommend that customers take screenshots of every single step of the booking process.
In our case, we intended to book a flight for 25 July 2026. However, the ticket that was ultimately issued was for 25 March 2027 – eight months later and in a completely different year.
We absolutely did not intend to travel in March 2027.
The most frustrating part is that the information shown during the booking/checkout process did not correspond with the ticket that was ultimately issued. We contacted Wingie and explained the situation, but instead of taking responsibility for what happened during their booking process and providing a proper solution, we have been going back and forth trying to obtain a refund.
We also contacted AJet directly. AJet has explicitly told us that because the ticket was purchased through Wingie / Enuygun, they cannot process the cancellation or refund themselves and that Wingie is the agency that has to handle the ticket transaction.
Meanwhile, AJet has now even changed the schedule of the flight.
So we are left with a ticket for a date we never intended to purchase, an airline telling us that the travel agency must handle the case, and Wingie still not providing a satisfactory solution.
For me, this raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of the booking process.
If a customer selects and intends to purchase one travel date, but a ticket for a completely different date is ultimately issued, this should be investigated properly rather than leaving the customer to absorb the financial loss.
I have kept screenshots, booking information and my communication regarding this case.
I am still giving Wingie the opportunity to resolve the matter fairly and issue the appropriate refund. If they do so, I will update this review accordingly.
Until then, I would advise anyone using Wingie to double-check every detail, take screenshots during checkout and verify the final ticket immediately after payment.

Unable to change the ticket, always writing "Flights not available" during changing process.

Your response is completely unconvincing and unacceptable. You explicitly displayed the ticket price on your platform as 287 JOD. As a customer, I expect to be charged exactly that amount, without taking on hidden currency conversion fees or your platform's inflated exchange rates.
What makes your refusal even more unreasonable is that despite the full overcharge difference being 45 EUR, I showed good faith and offered a fair compromise to accept a partial refund of just 25 EUR to resolve this amicably. Yet, your team refused even this reasonable resolution.
Processing the payment in EUR with your high conversion markup—and hiding behind "exchange rate differences"—is a misleading practice when you displayed the price in JOD. I am not responsible for your system's limitations, and my 1-star rating remains unchanged to warn other travelers.
