Really tasty

Really tasty. Delicious burger with generous portion of juicy chicken tenders. Great fries.
Kids said their oreo milkshakes were really good. And not too expensive either.
Service was good, friendly and welcoming. Slight delay with one item which was sorted out straight away.

Edge lane wingstop

Just went to wingstop edge lane and it was really really bad ! We ordered our food and shakes ! They brought 1 shake over for my youngest son and then nothing else came for over 10 minutes then when our food arrived the chips were stone cold and everything we ate was very spicy even the stuff that wasnt meant to be spicy ! Then my son felt ill after eating the boneless bites and for four of us it was over £70 which was absolute robbery ! It wont be long until it closes im sure

Terrible experience

I acknowledge this place is only recently opened however they should have found their feet by now . We placed an order and before we did asked how long the wait for food was . We were advised 20mins . Just short of an hour later our food arrived and it was completely stone cold . Obviously had sat on the pass for at least 20 mins . Our order wasn’t the only one there was no space on the shelves out of the kitchen for orders . The bottleneck seems to be staff to deliver orders to tables . Very disappointing as potentially if the service was established this could be brilliant . Also did witness one of the staff training I presume a new staff member they should use one of the metal trays serving food to customers to press down the rubbish in the bins before removing and tying up the black bag . I am not sure how this practice meets health and hygiene standards . How often are these serving trays cleaned after being used to condense food waste in bins ? . For this and cold food served we won’t be back

Went to the wingstop in Northampton and…

Went to the wingstop in Northampton and they would not even serve us as one of my children has a nut and pea allergy. First time we've ever been turned away from any food establishment before. Was not happy the staff couldn't even be bothered to check ingredients.

Livingston Scotland Branch - AVOID!

Please do not give this despicable company one penny of your money. The newly-opened Livingston branch has just fired multiple staff members who were off sick due to the recent winter influenza surge. These are young people who were so pleased to be given the chance to earn a living and pay their way who've now been thrown on the scrapheap through no fault of their own. Wingstop does not deserve anyone's custom. The worst type of restaurant chain.

Tasteless boiled drumsticks!

Livingston, West Lothian. Absolute rubbish! Music for 18 to 24 year olds and far too loud. Chicken wings? Mostly drumsticks - appeared to be boiled and draped in sauce; tasteless. £25 down the drain. Will certainly not be back!

Certainly not fast food!Visited the Norwich restaurant for the…

Visited the Norwich restaurant for the first time. Ordering was quick and the server was really friendly and polite. However, after ordering we waited at our table for 25 mins for the food. We went to check and were told it would be 5 mins but it took another 25 mins for them to bring our food. When it arrived it was very tasty (loved the sweet potato fries) but almost cold! Also quite expensive for what is really chicken nuggets and chips with some sauce on them!

First impression

Had to go order in person due to there being no kiosks,and the music was too loud, which lead to staff and customers needing to raise their voice, and they still asked multiple times what it was I said. And after all of that, I still did not receive everything I ordered correctly! Not a good first impression

Had my first and last experience…

Had my first and last experience tonight at the new Edge lane liverpool branch. My son waited ages for the order and when he got home it was wrong. I ordered a portion of 8 wings and they were dreadful plain cooked wings with a dollop of spicy barbeque sauce on definitely not cooked in the sauce so the sauce was exactly as it comes out of the bottle not sticky or juicy at all. For the price were tiny and very hard whilst luke warm. Lots of other choices in Edge lane won't be returning there.

Went to the new one on edge lane in…

Webt to the new one on edge lane in Liverpool. Had to wait 20 mims to order and a further 20 mins for our food. The server taking our order brought it to us and read back our order, thinking everuthing was in our bag. Got home items missing, order was wrong and all food cold.
Spent over 40 quid with 10 quid worth missing not happy will not go back

No cash no custom. Support local British business!

I find it absolutely outrageous that I could not pay with British legal tender in your MetroCentre store. Also the attitude of the young female serving when I tried to pay with cash was disgusting. You are the main reason why local British businesses are having to close down. No cash no custom simple as.

Food tasty but crickey

Food tasty but crickey , the price, hardly any chicken on bone- chicken wings, they are tiny, tenders was nice but their prices for what you get is ridiculous, same with chips, £4.50 for handful of chips, no thank you, rip off, if it wasn’t for my £10 off I would of been returning it

wingstop L1 👎

i went to the wingstop in L1, my server erin was lovely and definitely made the experience better. On the other hand i had to wait about 45 minutes for my food. I understand its a popular place and can be busy but peoples food was just sitting under the heater while workers walked right past it. For mediocre food the wait is not worth it considering i ordered a very small meal, i believe im being generous with the three stars.

Delivery time continually pushed back… then deliveroo driver stole the order

Delivery time continually pushed back by 5 minutes, over 2 hours. Calls to the restaurant kept cancelling out after ringing, and the order/contact 'chat' line responding with "unavailable right now". Finally got an answer from the restaurant and after a confused story, it would seem the 'first' deliveroo driver had stolen the order.... I wonder what the origins of the deliveroo driver were? After all this I have to contact deliveroo to discuss the delivery. I didnt even order with deliveroo, I ordered on the wingstop website. The whole process is useless and cares one little bit about the customer.
