Bad customer service

I placed an online order for 20 traditional wings and received a bonus 5 boneless wings through the rewards program. When my delivery arrived, the entire order including the 20 that I paid for was boneless wings. I did not touch the food, called the store immediately, and even offered to return the full order to show I was not trying to get free food on top of a replacement. The fries were also cold on arrival.

When I spoke with the manager, I was told I would have to pay full price again to receive what I originally ordered. No compromise, no partial credit, nothing. I spent $30 on food I cannot eat and was offered zero resolution.

I understand mistakes happen. Whether it was a system glitch or human error, I am not sure. What I do know is that a $30 customer who called immediately, never touched the wrong order, and offered to return it deserved better than being told to just pay again. That is not how you retain customers or handle a simple order error.

I will be disputing the charge and contacting corporate. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects basic accountability when something goes wrong.

Poor food quality and customer service

I’m increasingly frustrated with the insincere and scripted responses from Wingstop customer service. I contacted them regarding a noticeable drop in food quality at the Gloucester Road, London branch, as well as issues using a voucher, but the response felt dismissive and unhelpful, with no interest in actually resolving the problems, just the generic “we will pass this feedback on to the restaurant and area manager", which clearly hasn’t made any difference since I raised the same issue less than three months ago.

Overall, I’ve been left disappointed with both the food and the service. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

Tarzana, CA location

Tarzana, CA location

This is the second time in a row that I have placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app and received an incorrect order.

Yesterday, I hosted friends to watch the game and placed an order for 50 wings along with sides and sauces. However, only 30 wings were delivered, and none of the sides or sauces were included.

I immediately contacted the Tarzana location. A female employee answered the phone, and I politely requested to speak with the manager. Her first response was, “What is this regarding?” I found this surprising, as I was simply attempting to resolve an issue with my order. After explaining the situation and offering my confirmation number, she declined to use it and instead searched for the order by my name.

Over the next several minutes, I was repeatedly placed on hold while she “checked” the order. After approximately eight minutes, she finally acknowledged that the order had indeed been incorrect. She then stated that she was going to contact DoorDash and would “let me know.” At that point, I again requested to speak with the manager, and she responded by saying, “I am the manager.” I do not understand why this was not disclosed during my earlier requests.

I then asked for her name, and she identified herself as “Amy.” I explained that I simply wanted the my original order complete and missing delivered. She stated that they could not do that because they were “very busy right now.” I found this response unacceptable, especially considering the issue was caused by Wing Stop.

In an effort to resolve the situation, I offered to place the exact same order again while remaining on the phone with her, with the understanding that once she saw the new order come through, she would process it and issue a full refund for the original incorrect order. She agreed to this arrangement, so I proceeded accordingly.

However, after confirming the second order, she informed me that she could not issue the refund and that “someone else” would handle it, though likely not for the full amount. She then abruptly hung up the phone.

This entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not only was my order incorrect for the second consecutive time, but the customer service I received from the manager was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking accountability.

So I had a hunger for wings all day at…

So I had a hunger for wings all day at work..so the wingstop on Lebanon pike looked like it might be good... oh..I just wasted 14 dollars!! I have better wings at the shell station on Gallatin pike.I am so sick of getting ripped off by restaurants that just don't care about quality.. even jets pizza has better wings.

Upset and uncomfortable

E.and family visited the Wingstop on Osceola Parkway by dollar tree and the manager Deris is so unprofessional also one of the employees Kenya is using profanity in front of the customers and Deris was is not a very good role model to be in management I will not eat at any Wingstop anymore and me and family heard so much about this establishment. and Deris & Kenya made my family so uncomfortable it's sad going back and forth using profanity.

Order cancelled!

Order cancelled!

I paid nearly £50 and all went well, last two minutes of my order being delivered it was cancelled!!!!!! I waited over an hour for this for it to be cancelled! Disappointed and disgusted with the restaurant! Won’t be ordering again! Why take my money for the order to cancel it upon delivery

Wing Stop is the Worst Chicken

This afternoon, 5/14/26 I decided to visit Wing Stop in Guayama Puerto Rico because I heard of the hype of the new Fried Chicken restaurant (8 months) and visited it.
Went to the drive through and waited for about 15 minutes to order. When I got to the second window, I waited for another 15 minutes.
What I got was 6 pieces of bland wings that were only seasoned with the BBQ sauce which was super spicy that gave me a serious heartburn and hours later I was belching the burnt taste of the un- chewable and extremely dry and hard chicken wings.
Save your wallet and your family. Do Not Eat at Wing Stop, do yourself a favor.

Well for my second time ever trying…

Well for my second time ever trying Wingstop they did not impress this time the first time I was a little impressed but ordered again today and yeah lost the quality all together I mean quantity was low that the celery sticks like 10 steaks in each package when you ordered all celery my first deal was a box of celery sticks I love celery and I look forward to the celery but yeah like I said was a little shy I don't see how nine people could share that little bit of celery but the other hand I ordered 35 wings Louisiana same as I did the first time they definitely were not Louisiana sauce this time maybe water down Louisiana so we decided to try 20 of the parmesan garlic and we tried 20 of the barbecue not bad pretty average but definitely was upset with the factor of the quantity of celery $111 purchase should have had more celery we'll think twice next time

Bryan customers service was outstanding haven’t had wing stop in a while but something told me today to come in a get some food and thankfully a did meeting nice people in the food industry is hard thank you for the great customer service

Excellent staff

Had a great lunch with the family at rushden lakes, great service and great food. Noor the staff member that helped us was top notch and a credit to the company. Others should follow what he does. %100 would recommend coming here
