Very disappointed with this company first time order placed on the 12th of July 2026. I emailed to Chase the order two weeks after placing it I’ve got an email back stating it’s on its way, but I didn’t receive any tracking information. I’ve been chasing it again every week and they’ve just stopped replying to me via email. It’s a 29th of August today and now I will take to all the review sites and expose this company for what it is. I’m not sure if for a scam or it’s just a poorly run company either way don’t trust them with your money almost September now and I haven’t got my order or a refund.

Ordered 13th July, never arrived, contacted customer service who said it had been delivered and was asked to wait three days, then they wouldn't respond, this is a scam site.

I ordered an item on the 15 of July it is now the 20th of August it has still not arrived. Despite contacted customer services 4 times they still have not replied. Either a scam or a poorly run company.
