Heel slecht

In twee jaar tijd twee elektrische tandenborstels gekocht. Eerst in februari 2024 een Pro. Die maakte een hels kabaal en deed wel 24 uur erover om op te laden. Dus in februari 2025 de iO5 gekocht. Weer een miskoop! Duurt dus ook langer dan 12 uur om op te laden terwijl ze adverteren met 3 uur. Opzetborstels moet je al na 1 1/2 maand vervangen ipv 3 maanden. En die opzetborstels zijn heel erg duur!
De tandenborstel wordt wel ter reparatie aangeboden maar als ik hem terugkrijg is het nog precies hetzelfde.

Retoursturen lukt niet

Het retourneren van een artikel wil maar niet lukken. Je krijgt geen retourlabel toegezonden en dus kun je het artikel niet terugsturen. Wellicht maken ze je het bewust lastig daarmee je maar opgeeft. Heel slecht.
