They won't pay out.
They won't pay out.
They accept my deposits and not my withdrawal.
Evers time (at leest 10 times) I sent a photo of my id-card and they keep repeat that the photo is not good.
There's nothing wrong with my picture, but you can't see their result.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are sorry to hear that the verification of your documents has been such a frustrating process. We care about our users, and all withdrawals and identity checks go through a series of verifications to prevent problems and ensure that every transaction is completed securely. Document requirements exist to protect accounts and funds, and our support team reviews each case individually, providing guidance on what is needed at every stage. We understand how discouraging it is to have your photo rejected repeatedly, and we remain committed to completing your verification with full attention and care. We take all feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Winkingdom is a kinda weird name for a casino, but I really liked the design. My first deposit took like 5 minutes to go through, and luckily I managed to cash out from it, the withdrawal came in 3.5 hours, which is pretty good time overall.
