I had an issue with a deposit bonus so…

I had an issue with a deposit bonus so I contacted the live chat. There was no annoying AI chat bot to navigate before speaking to an advisor and the wait to speak to an advisor was less than one minute. Adelina C was incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and professional. She had my issue sorted within a few minutes and was so nice during our chat, excellent customer service.

Not great

So , to start with during the honeymoon sign up period , usually 12-24 hrs the bonuses kept coming across multiple games , even the ones that rarely give a bonus. Won a few quid here and there.
Now before i proceed I'd point out that this sites play is anything but smooth , very glitchy, lags and often boots you out of a game with error. It's almost like the programs have been written by 3yr olds .
Now after the honeymoon period. Well what can i say , very disappointing. You'll get the bonus still , just not very often. When you do get them they pay terribly, far below other sites. The line hits also come , very much on the lower end , always. Never the odd good line hit irrespective of how long you've been tolerating the glitchy gameplay , yet during the 1st few hours you'd get the odd good line hit , as you'd expect. Overall very disappointing gameplay, disappointing bonuses, disappointing all round actually.
The other problem is the time it takes to withdraw your , very limited winning.Other sites it's almost instant to get your withdrawal sent, not here , 48 hrs just for it to be processed before being sent to my bank , i mean REALLY ?

I think you've not read my post properly. I actually won.
These are my observations as to how your system works ie. Loaded at the start to draw people in. Then turn the tap off , random it may be but % for players certainly can be manipulated.
This is why i joined your site , grab the new player incentive then leave. I've exhausted most sites now , just your new player incentive was a tad on the tight side.

this is actually a good site but…

this is actually a good site but withdrawal take ages ,customer service never actually helps, good games just ruined by length of time to actually get your money ,thanks for replying but 24 hours to 48 hours is just to long compared to other sites ,if ask for help in finding out why so long your your just sebt sane messages as stated this is actually a good fun site ,shame help and customer service was so poor with helping with length of time to pay out ,have been told there looking in to new method, if this get done I feel like this site could become one of top sites money was eventually pay out

long wait for verification and withdrawals

Been waiting over a week for 3 withdrawals. payment was approved, then had to submit documents, Passport, Me holding passport. Bank statement, then bank statement with transactions, feels like they are stalling to pay at every opportunity. I have still not been paid. keep wanting an additional document. The customer service is ok although when requesting how much withdrawal im due she gave me the wrong amount and wrong card details which has made me dubious but then corrected. Just wish i could get my withdrawals sorted ASAP

Incredibly slow and painful process to…

Incredibly slow and painful process to request withdrawal - account was verified and then additional documents were requested for withdrawal which are unrealistic additional statements which felt like unreasonable requests have provided online statements but not very impressed with the speed of responses and still no resolution to withdrawal

Update 1 day later after submitting an interim statement covering the deposits and previous full statement this is not acceptable and full statement is still required which is odd considering banks don’t produce these for interim periods specifically a 5 day window - currently pending full statement which I will upload when my bank produce this. Not impressed at all with the process in place here and how this is being communicated with inconsistent responses. Continuing to document the journey and experience still no response as to how my account was verified and then subsequently needed re verification on withdrawal request

Update day 2 received an email to subsequently upload 2 more bank statements along with payslips now offered the opportunity to do this via open banking unsure as to why that wasn’t just requested the first time but agreed access to all bank accounts and upload payslips hopefully this issue will soon be resolved given now on day 6 after being told before the account was verified. Continuing to receive emails positioning opportunities to deposit for free spins but loathed to do this when this issue is pending

Day 3 and 7 days into a pending withdrawal no update continuing to receive promotional content asking to deposit for spins. Logged into the web version and message pops up asking for documents checked in with live chat and told they have everything… very confusing but pending update still

It’s now been over two months since I…

It’s now been over two months since I submitted all the documentation they asked for, and they’re still holding on to £7,000 of my money. I’ve sent a 14-day notice before taking court action and repeatedly requested their registered address so I can file the claim properly — but every time I’m told “someone will contact you” and no one ever does.

Before they post their usual “we’re following procedures and will update you soon” response — don’t be fooled. It’s the same generic copy-and-paste message they send to everyone. Just look at all the other bad reviews — it’s clear this company has a pattern of withholding people’s money and pretending there’s a process happening behind the scenes.

I’ll be taking them to small claims court, and I will not accept any offers — only full payment
