Downhill.... fast!

Winna use to be good. After so long they will set your RTP to 0 and ban you from winning the rain. You could be -10k PNL and they will make up numbers to deny you any lossback. The hosts are extremely unprofessional. And the Winna chat is awful now. There is a 24/7 troll that is called Mandy

Very scam site

I had a disappointing experience using this website. The interface feels confusing, and it took me a long time to understand how everything works. Customer support was not very helpful when I tried to ask questions, and the response was slow.

In my opinion, the platform should improve its transparency and make the instructions clearer for users. I expected a better experience, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. I hope the developers can make improvements in the future.

My experience with this site has been awful. I submitted a ticket about a serious issue and instead of giving me an actual reply, they just marked it as “resolved” and moved on. That tells you everything about how they deal with users when something goes wrong. It feels like the goal is not to solve problems, but to make them disappear on paper. When support closes tickets without answering the main concern, it leaves users stuck with no clarity and no trust. A site handling real money should not operate like this

Treated like a criminal for asking questions
One of the worst parts of this site is how quickly they turn on you when you start asking reasonable questions. I was not insulting anyone or making unreasonable demands — I just wanted clarity about what happened. But the way they responded made it feel like I was being treated like a criminal for simply wanting transparency. That is not how legitimate platforms handle customer concerns. If asking for fairness or accountability makes staff act hostile, then something is seriously wrong with the culture behind the site.

I hate bonuses in the industry

Was promised 7500$ bonus when I got to 1 million wagered here

However I haven't had a reply from the owner for months who told me to message him when I got to this milestone and support are saying I'm not due this bonus .

Have stopped playing here for this reason as well as my friends until rectified .

The payment side of this site is just as bad as the support. A basic deposit credit took far longer than it ever should have, and the process felt completely disorganized. When money is involved, users need speed, clarity, and proper updates. Instead, I got delays and very little useful communication. That kind of handling makes people nervous for a reason. It gives the impression that user funds are not being treated with urgency or respect. On a real-money platform, that is not a small problem it is a serious one.

The weight table is a scam. They gave the 1000x bucket a 0.65 weight instead of 1.0.

Robbery in broad daylight. They're using a weighted ruler to measure your losses.

Cheats and Crooks

They got caught scamming and now they are banning players rather than paying them and making things right. They owe so many players in clipped bets. These guys are major fraud and scam artists. Its awful what has happened to this site. They are trying to ban and cover up as much as possible, but it is all over the internet now. Provably Fair - The gaming authority recently posted all of their fraud and clippings on X. There are so many confirmed instances of fraud its so bad. Winna needs to have their license revoked ASAP!!!!

Winna does not pay.

Had multiple cashout issues with winna. Owner's gave false promises to help and eventually just blocked me. Poor management. They neglect their vip players. Terrible experience.

Awful rewards

I have wagered well over $200,000 in the past few months and my quarterly bonus was $120 lol.

There are other sites that will give you thousands in free play and have actually decent loyalty programs.

I would recommend looking elsewhere.

It could work but it don't

It was a rocky start. Vip transfer took a month to get processed. Got 40$ for almost plat 4 on stake.us. I don't know how to feel about it honestly the starting from scratch really doesn't intrigue me at all. The level up rewards at low levels are awful but I get it. There's a huge selection of games but it feels the same as the other places. The thing that I don't like is how do you get a 25-30$ montly bonus then get a 5.40$ quarterly bonus? Seems like the quarterly bonus isn't what its suppose to be. I have a hard time trying to commit to this casino i did try tho. Vip host is nice but takes days to respond. I think this quarterly bonus really was the icing on the cake. I was expecting better than 5.40$ really ruined my day.

It's crazy how Winna will respond on here but not respond on telegram at all. You guys can't pick and choose your battles to save face it's not right. If you really cared you would have reached out or actually responded to telegram messages.

My experience with Winna.com has been nothing short of terrible. This is easily one of the worst gambling sites I’ve come across. The platform feels misleading from the start, especially when it comes to bonuses and promotions. They advertise big rewards, but actually trying to claim them is a different story—there always seems to be some hidden condition or excuse that prevents you from getting what was promised.

Support is practically useless. When I reached out for help, responses were slow, vague, or completely unhelpful. For a gambling site handling real money and crypto, this level of support is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about trust and reliability.

The games themselves feel heavily rigged or, at the very least, extremely unfair. Wins are rare, and it feels like the system is designed to drain your balance quickly rather than give players a fair chance. It’s hard not to feel like the odds are intentionally stacked against you.

Should take a look into withdrawals issue...

Tried this after watching promo on X did deposit played blackjack & couple of more but honestly no fun. Even in blackjack for pair match you need to wait in queue for way too long, payouts are peanuts every high bet is a loss I don't understand how it only happens with high bet.
