Appears to be a fraudulent website

Appears to be a fraudulent website. I ordered a Cake for Mother's Day. The order has not been delivered yet. The scheduled delivery time was yesterday evening. The number provided on their website is not reachable. Nobody answered. Also, sent several messages to their WhatsApp help number, but no response. I received an automated message stating. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID. THIS APPEARS TO BE A FRAUDULENT SITE.

This is an absolute crap house company!!!!

This is an absolute crap house company, there are NO words in English to describe how horrible they are, from sales, service, delivery and customer (non)support.
I ordered cake, flowers and gifts for my mother to be delivered on mother's day.
The delivery window was 2pm to 6pm.
Reaching them was a nightmare, every call. They don't attend their WhatsApp chat. It is still not delivered and it's past 10:30pm. Also, PLEASE READ THEIR REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY. They will attempt delivery only once, even if it's 4 hours delayed. If the person does not receive the order, there is refund.
STAY AWAY FROM WINNI.

The item was never delivered and customer service is a black hole

The items was never delivered. And have had a nightmare connecting via phone where in you are in queue forever. If connected via chat AI responds after a bit of silence and then says connecting you to an agent and no response. Have tried the entire day. I don’t even know how to request for a refund. So, service whether to be delivery or customer terrible experience.

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered a completely different cake, but a wrong cake was delivered. First of all, the delivery was not on time, and on top of that, the item itself was incorrect. Even the receipt shows a different cake and the message written on the cake was also wrong. I requested “Best Mom Ever” but the cake delivered says “Love You Ma.”
I paid 769 online for an eggless cake, and this kind of mistake is completely unacceptable. The taste of the cake was also very bad and not fresh at all. What makes it worse is that the tracking status is still showing “Ready to Ship” even after the cake has already been delivered to my mother in such a poor condition.
This ruined the whole experience and special occasion for my mom. Very poor service, careless handling, and highly unprofessional. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

This people provide a very pathetic…

This people provide a very pathetic services. I ordered a cake for my parents wedding anniversary. They send me a wrong item. I requested them to replace it. I even didn't consumed the cake which was wrongly send. Even after talking to customer care there is no resolution even after 48hours. Please don't order from this platform. They ruined my time and gave me lot of stress. The customer service queue is so long that you feel like why did I even order from this place. Better find cakes from other place then this.

Low quality and old design cake sent by Winni for Birthday

I ordered Premium Cake choosing from Winni web site for Birthday, and it was showing as New Arrival. But when they delivered its like old pattern and prepared by Road side bakery cake not even worth of 300 rupee also. they charged me Rs. 768 as premium new arrival cake. its third graded not calibratable cake. When I contacted there customer care, they said its like that only Picture image we can not deliver. Its just for visual purpose only this they sent massage to me. Any way not to buy from Winni. its a cheating company. Don't order from Winni and don't spoil your Celebration.
If photo upload option was there, I could have uploaded the photos.

Wish I could give them zero star

Wish I could give them zero star! I had ordered a cake to surprise someone which was going to be delivered between 10am to 9pm. Imagine these unprofessional people delivered the cake post 9pm with no apology and their customer service was arrogant!! I do not recommend them to anyone. Beware!

I generally use Cityflower’s just becoz their website was down I used winni, never again, can’t deal with unprofessional people at any cost ???

Poorest behavior …

I had ordered for a birthday cake and while ordering from mobile application I found a place to write personal message on a card which would be sent to the recipient with cake but never found any place to write happy birthday to so i only chose the occasion as birthday presuming it will definitely be written on cake but it didn't happen and when I talked to customer care their attitude forced me to disconnect the call as they were not even ready to listen. Winni is now a forgotten thing for me now.

Double-charged for delivery, cake arrived damaged, and customer service expects proof of a cash payment taken at the door during a surprise delivery.

Zero star...Absolute Worst Experience – Damaged Cake & Rude Service in Chennai. I ordered a surprise cake for my sister’s birthday, but it arrived completely damaged and unusable. When I called the helpline, the staff was incredibly rude. Instead of offering a sincere apology, they pressured me to choose between a refund or a replacement and then abruptly ended the call while I was still speaking.

For a company that claims to 'celebrate relations,' they showed zero empathy for the occasion they ruined. They have ignored my emails and their customer support is non-existent. Save your money and your emotions—don't trust them with your special moments."

Worst service. It ruined our birthday party. Cake was all damaged. They don't refund us also. I will recommend not to order cake thru winni. Lot of other good cake delivery services are available. Worst customer care service
