I ordered 2 things
The website gave me a delivery date.
The date came and went, no items.

I check my email for the confirmation.
No email.

I check my bank account.
Money has gone.

I disputed the claim.

Do not buy from here. You will not get your items.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE WEBSITE! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. Before checking that their email was bogus, I paid to ship a dress back to the shipping address provided so now I've lost $15 more than I already paid for the dress. Obviously, the email is fake and so is everything about this company. Super scary at how legit the website looks though especially for teenaged girls shopping.......

Shipped my teenage daughter dresses. You can't return because THEY DON'T HAVE A LEGIT PHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS. ADDRESS IS SOMEONE'S HOME IN BROOKLYN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. THE COMPANY NAME IS KOLEH COMMEN LMTD. THEIR NUMBER DOESN'T WORK EITHER. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Complete scam, don’t order from here. The payments weren’t going through at first then one went through even though i cancelled the order due to them changing the payment amount. On top of that the payment went to someone not even listed on the website, completely different contact information. Had to call my bank & change card, they still trying to charge my card even when there’s no order in place. All the information on the site regarding contact is false!

If I could rate it zero I would..I had the same experience as the other people on this review page..ordered a dress three weeks ago, received a completely different dress today, customer service number is out of service and they don’t respond to emails..so wasted $72 and have a hideous dress that will never be worn

I haven’t heard anything from them even after sending in multiple follow up emails asking where my shit is. Never order from this SCAM of a company. Ridiculous.

Stay away from this company! You'll just lose your money. I bought a dress, waited over two weeks for it. An entirely different dress showed up. When I notified them, they wanted me to keep the dress, even if it wasn't the one I ordered. It's gaudy and ugly. They want ME to deal with their supplier in China! Its an on going fight to get my money back. I wish I had never bought anything from them. If I could give them a minus 10, I would. Save your money, don't buy anything from them.

Return address is not real. The phone number is not real. The dresses are cheap and arrive late. They might even send you the wrong one. Scam!

Sells dress way cheaper than they should be in order to lure you in and never shipped.

Months later after several email contacts, they kept sending auto reply saying shipment delays and would credit me $10 blah blah blah for several times. Of course they never did credit me and finally a lousy package was delivered to me with a piece of plastic material of a dress if you should call it. Not a $250 worth of dress.

I already knew this was a scam. I ended up having to call credit card company to dispute the charge.

Stay away from ordering anything from this site.

If I could give negative stars I would. Their products are garbage. Extremely cheap quality/material. The return address does not exist. So I wasted money on a horrible quality dress then followed their return instructions and wasted money on return shipping to have the package sent back to me by the post office. No one answers the customer service phone number. Save your time and money and do not order from thus company
