It's unfortunate that you have not received your order as we take these matters very seriously being a small business operating by reputation. After investigating, we see you unfortunately didn’t directly inform us of this situation before posting this message, affording us the opportunity to rectify the issue promptly. We know the delivery was definitely completed on the 17th August at 14:34 to the address provided and informed you of a delivery day and time frame via the mobile number provided. By our records, there was no indication that this was not an appropriate time, subsequently, the delivery was made and left inside your porch in one of our bags and a further message sent to inform you. It's not unusual for post to be taken from doorstep, however, we are a small business providing the best in condiments to our customers so in this case, we are happy to offer you a new order for free. Please contact us providing a suitable date and time for your delivery.
